Friedrich Merz or Mad Merz is the anti-democratic globalist fuhrer of the Federal Republic of Germany since 6 May 2025. Merz is siaf to obsessed with idea of revenge for Nazi Germany'[s defeat by the Soviet Union.[1] Many foreign affairs and international relations experts have said Merz is the most dangerous German Chancellor since Adolf Hitler. He is the former head of the German Blackrock office.[2] He is currently leader of neoconservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU) aligned with socialists. In the 2025 election he promised to close the borders of the country on illegal immigrants, but after winning election, he turned against his voters. He also promised to not form a government with the conservative populist Alternative for Germany party which won the biggest bloc of seats in the Bundestag in the 2025 elections, forming a coalition government instead with the establishment leftist Social Democratic Party[3] which simultaneously had just been voted out of power.
Russia expert Dr. Gilbert Doctorow commented:
| “ | there is now another European 'leader' whose anti-Russian words may translate into actions that will be devastating for Germany and could just drag us all into a third world war. I am speaking about the incoming chancellor Friedrich Merz.[4] | ” |
With Merz's accession to power, public opinion survey's in Russia shifted away from the United States and back to Germany being the main threat to Russia's national security. Russia and Germany fought two horrible and globally devastating World Wars in the 20th century.

Background
Merz's grandfather Josef Paul Sauvigny was a Nazi politician and mayor of Brilon in western Germany. Sauvigny praised the Nazi “national revolution” in 1933 and renamed his town's streets after party bigwigs. He applied for membership in the Nazi party as early as May 1933, a few months after Hitler seized power. Friedrich Merz has described his grandfather as "an admirable role model".
2025 election
Never before in German history has a man who had not even been elected chancellor yet negotiated the biggest borrowing in the history of the Federal Republic of Germany with parties that lost the election, in a Bundestag that was long since dissolved. Before being sworn into office former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev posted on social media:
| “ | Future Chancellor Merz accuses Russia of waging war in Europe and targeting Germany with arson, contract killings & disinformation. You're not in power yet but already lying like Goebbels. Nazi Germany attacked us like this from 1941-1945. We know how it ended. Bad start, Fritz! Hope it ends the same way for you.[5] | ” |
Merz's bid to become Germany's 10th chancellor since World War II failed by six votes in parliament. Merz needed a majority of 316 out of 630 votes. He only received 310 votes — well short of the 328 seats held by his coalition with Socialists. Because the vote was held by secret ballot, it was not immediately clear — and might never be known — who had defected from Merz’s camp. Merz had excluded the conservative populist Alternative for Germany, the largest voting bloc in the Bundestag, from a power sharing agreement choosing instead to form a coalition government of his so-called "Christian Democratic Union" with the godless Social Democratic Party which had only recently been voted out of power. In an unprecedented second ballot, Merz received 325 votes. The Merz regime was not expected to last very long.
Chancellorship
In his first 100 days, Merz's public approval rating in the so-called "democratic state" was below the prior globalist stooge Merz was selected to replace, Olaf Scholz.[6] On the eve of the fall of Pokrovsk and the Alaska Summit, Bild reported that "Merz convened a crisis meeting. It was not about world politics, but about the missteps of his coalition and how to stop them."[7]
Relations between Merz and the EU's unelected dictator Ursula von der Leyen have been strained over their differing approaches to the NATO proxy war in Ukraine, Bloomberg News reports.[8] The undemocratic European Commission chief has taken a more Brussels-oriented approach, while fuhrer Merz opposes EU federalization and wants to return power to national governments. He has also publicly criticized von der Leyen on issues related to the EU budget, the environment, militarization and trade. According to Conservapedia, the EU gynecologist dictator has "more machismo".[9] Von der Leyen, like French globalist dictator Emmanuel Macron, has talked about creating a collective European defense force, whereas Merz wants to make Germany the predominant military power in Europe again which has made other nations and peoples quite nervous.
Remilitarization
When US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth demanded in February 2025 that Europe take over Ukraine aid as part of a "division of labor" so the US can focus on China while Europe takes a larger role in Washington's proxy war on Russia, the Merz regime promised to expand military support for Ukraine.
On May 27, 2025 Merz publicly stated on German television that the decision had been made months ago by the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom and France to transfer German-made long range Taurus missiles to Ukraine. The missiles cannot be used without German and NATO personal to input targeting data. A Ukrainian military blogger, Rezident ua, reported:
| “ | Our source in the OP said that Ukraine has already received Taurus missiles and is just waiting for permission to deploy them deep into Russian territory. The operation to deploy the missiles in Ukraine was carried out by British and German intelligence services. The targets of the attack are determined by NATO headquarters in the EU. | ” |
Russian state media openly called for a pre-emptive attack with Oreshnik ballistic missiles on the Taurus missile factory in Germany to disable Taurus missile production capacity for the next 5-7 years.[10] RT Editor-in-Chief Margarita Simonyan said, on Russia’s potential
| “ | In Moscow's offices, it's being discussed that if German forces strike Moscow with German weapons — and authorizing Taurus use means exactly that, since the Ukrainian army cannot service or program them — then we'll have no choice left but to strike Berlin.[11] | ” |
Hungarian political scientist Ralph Schoellhammer observed:[12]
| “ | There is a fantasy in Washington and London that Germany can simply "flick a switch" and become a military power again. But you cannot spend 40 years teaching your youth that nationalism is evil, that patriotism is suspect, and that the military is bad, and then expect them to suddenly rush to the recruitment office.
Young German men are asking a very logical question: "You want us to pay high taxes to support a migration policy that imports young men from Syria who live on welfare, and then you want to conscript us to fight a Russian tank in Eastern Europe?" The social contract is broken. The Green Party—once the pacifists—are now the loudest militarists, while the only people with actual military experience seem to be in the AfD. It is a total inversion of reality. |

Economic program
In 2024 Germany’s national debt amounted to 1.6 trillion or 62.4% of GDP. Friedrich Merz will double this debt to remilitarize for aggressive war against Russia. This would lead to a debt ratio of 125%. 1.7 trillion is a hundred times more than all DAX companies together earned in 2023.
In 2024, Germany collected income taxes totaling slightly more than 1.8 Billion euros at the federal level. This means that for nearly 10 years, 100% of total income taxes would have to be spent on the repayment of 1,700 Trillion euro spending increase.
The additional interest burden for the 1.7 Trillion euros will amount to 47.6 Billion euros per year if the interest rate in 2025 for the 10-year German government bond of 2.8% is used for the calculation. The cumulative profits of Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz and BMW, Germany's largest manufacturers, amounted to 29.2 Billion euros in 2024. The German automotive giants would therefore not be able to pay the interest if they were to send all their profits to Berlin.
Merz vowed to do everything to prevent the Nordstream pipeline from being put back into service,[13] carrying out globalist designs to de-industrialize Germany and keep Germany impoverished. The Nordstream pipeline was destroyed by its NATO ally the United States under the Biden administration in a terrorist attack on civilian infrastructure and act of war resulting in a quadrupling of energy prices, unemployment, and bankruptcies.
To smooth over public outrage as Europe slid into economic ruination while serving Washington's interests, Merz vowed to remove the topic of Ukraine military support from public discussion.
In six weeks under Merz economic program Germany announced 125,000 industrial job cuts. Layoffs included:
Auto & Auto Supplier Layoffs (past 12 months):
- Volkswagen: 35,000
- Mercedes-Benz: 40,000
- Audi: 7,500
- Ford (Saarlouis): 2,900
- Daimler Truck: 5,000
- ZF Group: 14,000
- Bosch, Continental, Schaeffler (combined): 7,000
Total: 111,400 auto jobs impacted
Steel & Heavy Industry Layoffs:
- Thyssenkrupp: 11,000 (≈40% of workforce)
Rail & Transport Layoffs:
- Deutsche Bahn: 30,000
- DB Cargo (subsidiary): 5,000
Postal & Logistics Layoffs:
- Deutsche Post: 8,000
Banking & Finance Layoffs:
- Commerzbank: 3,900
Tech (Germany-specific cuts) Layoffs:
- SAP: 3,500 (10,000 global)
In September 2025 German auto maker Porsche was de-listed from DAX, the German stock exchange as de-industrialization of Germany continued apace in the wake of Russian sanctions and the Biden regime's attack on the Nordstream pipeline.
By early October 2025 Merz declared that Germany is at a crucial stage in modern history. Merz acknowledged that Germany's once powerful business model was rapidly collapsing. High oil and gas prices as a result of Russian sanctions and destruction of the Nordstream pipeline by the Biden regime and rising remilitarization costs are dealing a devastating blow to the German industry. Germany's economic position has deteriorated so much that Berlin can no longer finance the current social benefits of German citizens.[16] Bloomberg News reported that Germans were running short of patience with their stumbling Chancellor.[17]
For 2026 job losses were expected in auto manufacturing, the textile sector, wood and paper fabrication. Job gains were expected in aerospace, shipbuilding and defense production – i.e. the war machinery. When the largest and most developed industrial economy in Europe pins its economic survival on war machinery, a particular momentum is created. It has never been a good outcome for Europe when Germany becomes reliant on war to maintain employment.[18]
Iran war
About 20 famous Germans, including singer Didi Hallerforden, former Bundestag member Dieter Dehm and MEP Michael von der Schulenburg, filed a complaint with the Prosecutor General's Office against Merz. The reason was his phrase: "This is the dirty work that Israel does for all of us," said in the context of the Israeli trike on Iran. The expression "dirty work" repeats the rhetoric of the Nazis who used the same words to justify Babi Yar massacre in Kyiv in 1942. The phrase allegedly is an incitement to aggression (Article 80a) and violates the principles of peaceful foreign policy enshrined in the German Constitution.[19]
