President Trump's treatment for COVID-19 was widely reported to include 50,000 IUs of Vitamin D twice a week (or 14,000 IUs daily), zinc, and some expensive therapies including intravenous remdesivir and Regeneron.[1]

President Trump contracted COVID-19 in October 2020 and was briefly hospitalized as a precaution and to receive intravenous therapy.
