The Coronavirus coverup refers to the collusion between alleged "scientific" experts, Big Tech, the Chinese Communist Party, and anti-Trump elements to censor and suppress evidence of the man-made origins of the 2019 novel coronavirus. The Chinese Communist party, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Peter Daszak, Facebook, and numerous other prominent leftist individuals and institutions actively worked against informing the people of the United States and the planet on the scientific research into the coronavirus, and proper medical treatment for the deadly covid 19 pandemic.

The coverup originated with the Chinese Communist Party when they reported false information that the coronavirus originated in the Wuhan Wet Market with people eating bats. Western anti-Trump media seized on the fake news in the hopes it would destroy prospects for President Donald Trump's 2020 re-election. In fact, no bats were sold in the Wuhan Wet Market, and eating bats was not a local delicacy.[1] The CCP reported the fake news to cover up the fact that the highly infectious virus had originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Anthony Fauci

In February 2022 it was reported that government advisors shredded documents detailing the Obama administration's work with the Wuhan Lab.[2]

Dr. Anthony Fauci approved a grant for gain-of-function research to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). The grant was not approved by a mandatory oversight board.[3] Fauci was informed on February 1, 2020 that the covid virus was manufactured in the WIV laboratory. Fauci did not inform the president of the United States, nor anyone in the Department of Health and Human Services or the Center for Disease Control.[4] Fauci instead huddled with a group of virologists who work outside of government and receive grant money from Fauci, who then on turn wrote alleged scientific papers and issued public statements saying the virus did not originate in a lab.[5] Despite the public's loss of confidence in Fauci at precisely the moment the Delta variant of the coronavirus became a concern,[6] Joe Biden did not asked for Fauci's resignation.

The director of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Robert Redfield, received death threats from scientists after he suggested the coronavirus came from a lab.

"I am of the point of view that I still think the most likely ideology of this pathogen in Wuhan was from a laboratory, escaped. Other people don’t believe that. It’s fine. Science will eventually figure it out. It’s not unusual for respiratory pathogens that are being worked on in a laboratory to infect the laboratory worker....I was threatened and ostracized because I proposed another hypothesis...I expected it from politicians. I didn’t expect it from science."[7]

Fauci collusion with WIV

Dr. Anthony Fauci knew by mid-February 2020 that covid -19 was Chinese-manufactured in a Chinese PLA laboratory and, as the nation's top health advisor, misled the president of the United States and the American people.[8]

The evidence came out that Dr. Fauci had funded gain-of-function research on coronavirus at the Wuhan lab, which was also done illegally via the NIH and EcoHealth Alliance[9] due to Barack Obama having banned such research in the United States, which made him directly responsible for the coronavirus outbreak, with Rand Paul calling him out on it.[10] In addition, leaked audio around 2017 had him telling President Trump with certainty that he'll be facing a pandemic.[11]

Fauci told Jake Tapper of CNN in February 2020 that fifteen to twenty percent of those who contracted the CCP virus would require hospitalization. In March 2020, he said: “There’s no reason to be walking around with a mask.” Kim Kardashian invited Fauci to address a private Zoom call of thirty-seven Hollywood celebrity friends so they could ask him about quarantine measures.[12] Fauci had a Google Alert set up to send news articles about himself directly to his government email address. Any news article that mentioned the words “Anthony Fauci” or “Tony Fauci” was delivered straight to Fauci’s inbox.[13] Fauci told President Trump that millions of Americans would die if the U.S. did not implement draconian lockdowns.[14]

A January 9, 2020, email exchange labeled “high” importance between NIAID Senior Scientific Advisor Dr. David Morens and Daszak details the relationship between the Fauci agency and the Wuhan Institute of Virology.[15]

On January 23, 2020, the day the Wuhan viral outbreak was announced to the world, a senior NIH official, Melinda Hoskins, forwarded a Daily Mail article to colleagues discussing NIH/NIAID funding of the bat virus research, and noting that Fauci would be briefing senators the following morning. Hoskins says, “Would you please confirm the exact nature of our support to the Wuhan Institute of Virology/Biosafety Lab.” [16]

February 12, 2020: Fauci forwarded an email warning the coronavirus came from a laboratory.[17]

From 2014 to 2019, $826,277 was given to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for bat coronavirus research by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), which was headed by Fauci.[18] In an April 15, 2020 email marked “high” importance, Principal Deputy Director of NIH Lawrence Tabak emailed Fauci, NIH Director Francis Collins, and other NIH officials with the subject line: “HEADS UP: Wuhan lab research.” Tabak provides details of the grant to Peter Daszak, president of EcoHealth Alliance, for a project titled “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.” Tabak continues, saying, “The 3.7M dollar figure is over 6 years to all sites which include (several in) China, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Myanmar. We estimate that approximately $826,300 has been spent at this site since the inception of the grant. Yearly costs appear to be about 80K/year. The grant is in year 6 of a total of 10 year.”[19]

On October 1, 2017, after receiving Daszak’s email related to his then-unpublished paper describing detailed research into a novel bat-born virus tied to Swine Acute Diarrheal Syndrome, Fauci forwards Daszak’s email and paper on to NIH official Greg Folkers, saying, “Confidential, but fyi for you.” Daszak says, “You should know that this work was supported by a NIAID ROl that [NIH’s] Erik Stemmy is the Program Officer for, and that I’m PI [principal investigator] on, with Zhengli Shi [the director of the Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases of the Wuhan Institute of Virology] as co-PI.”[20]

Fauci repeatedly criticized the inexpensive hydroxychloroquine as a treatment or prophylaxis for COVID-19, despite numerous studies indicating its possible effectiveness. Instead, Fauci promoted expensive alternatives lacking in any proven significant benefits.

In the spring of 2020 Fauci dismissed evidence that the coronavirus came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology laboratory, only to reverse himself after the defection of a high-level State Security minister from the Peoples Republic of China with damning evidence.[21] The denial of factual evidence by alleged scientific experts has been cited as a contributing factor to the 2020 presidential election outcome.[22]

WHO collusion with CCP

The WHO tweeted misinformation from the Chinese Communist Party that the world had nothing to fear from the coronavirus outbreak.

Li was ordered to return to work where he contracted the virus. On January 6, 2020 the center for disease control in Shanghai acquired the complete gene sequencing of the new virus. They found over 89 percent similarity between the new virus and the deadly SARS virus that caused a pandemic in 2003. The information was sent to China's national CDC in an internal document. From January 6 to January 17, CCP officials reported zero new cases. In the 11 day period the communist authorities in Wuhan City and Hubei Province held their most important annual political meetings. Over 2,000 “representatives of the people” gathered to discuss the “amazing achievements of 2019” and how 2020 will be “a tremendous and promising year.” There was little mention of the coronavirus. On January 14 the World Health Organization tweeted,

"Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel #coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in #Wuhan #China[23]

The same day a group of Hong Kong journalists accompanied Hong Kong experts who were invited to conduct research on the virus outbreak. The reporters were later detained by Chinese Security Police, who photographed their reporter IDs and asked them to delete all footage taken inside hospitals.

At this same time a post on the Chinese social media site Weibo, a person's dad was confirmed to have viral pneumonia. But the Xiehe Hospital in Wuhan refused to admit the father due to a shortage of hospital beds. Another netizen posted that his entire family was infected. They went to the Tongji Hospital in Wuhan and saw that “there were so many patients that some had to lie on the floor of the corridor.” His father was also sent home to self-quarantine because there weren't enough hospital beds. The post was later deleted. So were all other posts in the user's account.[24] That was the week Wuhan authorities didn't report a single confirmed or suspected case.

From January 12 to 16, an estimated 3 million passengers left Wuhan by train over the Chinese New Year holiday, to visit family and friends in other cities in China. On January 17, 2020 Wuhan's tourism bureau issued over 200,000 free tourism tickets. It was an effort to entice people to visit the city so they could experience the “Chinese style and warm sentiments of Wuhan.” On January 18, Baibuting, a populous district in Wuhan, held an annual banquet to celebrate the Lunar New Year holiday. Three days before, staff from the neighborhood committee who were concerned about the outbreak asked if they could cancel the banquet, but communist officials denied the request. Over 40,000 families attended the banquet. Local communist apparatchiks ordered labs to stop testing for the virus and destroy the existing samples.[25]

World Health Organization (WHO) boss Tadros Adhanom was a leader in Ethiopia's Tigray People's Liberation Front, a wing of the ruling Marxist Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front. Adhanom served the repressive regime as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2012 to 2016 after a stint as Health Minister. As a candidate for the top post, The New York Times accused Tad Adhanom of covering up at least three epidemics.[26]

The Communist regime did not allow the WHO into China until February 10, 2020 - more than two months after the first cases were observed. [27]

Researchers have identified a "tipping point" at which the virus goes from dangerous to deadly in extremely susceptible patients. A WHO report written 18 days later based on observation in China stated that 80% of infections ("mild cases") can self-isolate, 13% require hospitalization, and 6% require intensive care. While many patients experience nothing more than a mild cold, one in seven patients develops difficulty breathing and other "severe" complications, while 6% become critically ill and require hospitalization to stabilize their condition, risking death if they can't receive the highest level of care.[28] Some questions remain regarding whether the developed world has enough hospital beds available to treat cases requiring hospitalization. WHO said the coronavirus infection rate (as opposed to death rate) was thought to be the same as the flu when the virus was only known in China but has since been found to be two to three times that infectious.[29]

Tad Adhamon criticized travel bans to and from China saying, "There is no reason for measures that unnecessarily interfere with international travel and trade." The WHO was not allowed into China until February 10, 2020, more than two months after the virus was first discovered. Adhanom praised the CCP's response: "We appreciate the seriousness with which China is taking this outbreak, especially the commitment from top leadership and the transparency they have demonstrated," and "China is actually setting a new standard for outbreak response." Film clips of Adhanom are shown on Chinese television saying, "China took action massively at the epicenter at the source of the outbreak. This is heroic. The actions of China is making us safer."

Peter Humphrey, a British investigator who was jailed in China in 2013 had been drugged, chained to a chair, locked in a cage and made to read out a statement written by the police in front of cameras. The anchor who presented the footage, James Chao, is now a goodwill ambassador with the World Health Organization.

The World Health Organization is horribly corrupt. An audit revealed there has been a surge in internal corruption allegations across the whole of the organization with the detection of multiple schemes aimed at defrauding large sums of money from the international body, overwhelming an internal team of full-time investigators. An Associated Press expose in 2017 found that nearly half of the WHO two billion dollar budget went to first-class airfare and five-star hotels. The United States is the largest contributor US taxpayers fund about a quarter of the WHO budget. The WHO is working with Google to ensure that people get information from the UN health agency first when they search for information about the virus.

President Trump was advised of the known promises of Hydroxychloroquine and its use on patients saving lives. The President touted the benefits and the liberal media instantly decided he was "wrong". President Trump was accused of "endangering" the population with his promotion of a drug not recommended by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treatment of the novel coronavirus. The FDA acted rather quickly and approved its use, however Democrat governors restricted its use and threatened doctors that prescribed its use for treatment of covid 19.

CNN engaged in a TDS-motivated fake news "reporting" in denying the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine before having to admit otherwise.

President Trump was subject to continuous attacks by the establishment lamestream media, who were none too eager to display their hatred for the president. In early April 2020, the left-wing site The Guardian published an article calling hydroxychloroquine a “hype”.[30]

Joined by far-leftists, some assumed mind-reading superpowers in "concluding" that Trump promoted the drug supposedly for profits while citing a co-host for CNN who idiotically claimed, regarding hydroxychloroquine, that “science so far has shown shows no benefits.”[31] The former claim winded up being rated "Mostly False" by Snopes,[32] a website normally known for its liberal bias.

On May 11, 2020, CNN ran an article citing a study which claimed that hydroxychloroquine is ineffective in combating coronavirus;[33] the article was filled with bias, as quickly uncovered by RedState.[34]

In late May 2020, several media outlets echoed a poll by Morning Consult which "concluded" that public support for hydroxychloroquine has fallen;[35] the latter media company is known for their inaccurate ratings and analyses.

On November 19, 2020, a Senate committee led by Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) heard from multiple renowned experts who properly emphasized the benefits of early treatment for COVID-19. But at that same hearing Dr. Ashish Jha as Dean of the Brown University School of Public Health -- a liberal institution -- gave a flawed presentation in opposition and subsequently published an Op-ed in the New York Times on November 24 which has been criticized and debunked.[36]

The VA study

Outcomes of hydroxychloroquine usage in United States veterans hospitalized with Covid-19, also known as the VA study, was one of the first studies to suggest that the use of hydroxychloroquine could be harmful. The paper's results said there were 27 deaths (27.8%) in the HCQ group, 25 deaths (22.1%) in the HCQ + azithromycin group, and 18 deaths (11.4%) in the no HCQ group.[37] The first flaw was that it was a small study. It only had 368 patients and small studies are more prone to errors than larger ones. The second flaw was that it delayed treatment with hydroxychloroquine... the drug works best when it is given early in the disease progression. The third and most egregious flaw was that it was giving hydroxychloroquine preferentially to the sickest patients.

Baseline demographic and comorbidity characteristics were comparable across the three treatment groups. However, hydroxychloroquine, with or without azithromycin, was more likely to be prescribed to patients with more severe disease, as assessed by baseline ventilatory status and metabolic and hematologic parameters. Thus, as expected, increased mortality was observed in patients treated with hydroxychloroquine, both with and without azithromycin.[37]

If one gives hydroxychloroquine preferentially to the sickest patients when compared to the control group, then the fact that more patients died when they were given hydroxychloroquine should be unsurprising.

Covid lockdowns

Covid lockdown orders were decrees prohibiting the operation of businesses and forbidding people from leaving their homes during the 2020-2021 CCP global pandemic. Many of these lockdowns order were totalitarian decrees and violations of constitutionally protected rights issued by Democratic party mayors and governors in the United States. Gretchen Whitmer, Andrew Cuomo, Gavin Newsom, Phil Murphy, Bill de Blasio, and Lori Lightfoot were among the most notorious human rights abusers.

30 to 50 percent of heart attack patients did not receive treatment. 85 percent of live organ transplants were not performed. "We have been uniquely willing to sacrifice our children out of fear for adults," said Dr. Scott Atlas, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution and former White House covid advisor.

Gretchen Whitmer (4th from left) partying at a bar with predominantly white Democrat bureaucrats, in violation of Whitmer's own mask and social distancing orders which destroyed many Michiganders lives and businesses.[38]

After it came to be known that hydroxychloroquine was an effective treatment for the CCP virus, Michigan Democrat governor Gretchen Whitmer banned doctors from prescribing it.[39] Only a few days later, Whitmer immediately reversed the crackdown and requested that the Trump administration supply the very drug she had just previously banned constituents from obtaining.[40]

Former U.S. representative Kerry Bentivolio reported to National File in late March 2020 that Whitmer and her office had rejected his offer of accepting several thousand facemasks to distribute throughout Michigan.[41]

Whitmer declared what items are and are not "essential", dictating to grocery stores what they can and cannot sell. In a move reminiscent of the Stalinesque Holodomor, Whitmer would not allow the purchase of seeds during the spring planting season for backyard fruit and vegetables gardens. Self-sufficiency and growing fruits and vegetables at home while on lockdown would maintain social distancing by avoiding grocery stores during the pandemic. Lottery tickets and revenue to the state from gambling however, is still permitted. In addition, Whitmer allows abortion "services" to maintain because they are supposedly "life-sustaining" (blatantly ignoring the fact that abortion is murder)[42] yet car seats were not "essential".

After Whitmer issued new oppressive regulations barring private gatherings "of any size", a Facebook page called "Michiganders Against Excessive Quarantine" grew to 344,000 followers.[43] Whitmer banned motor boats and jet skies, but not canoes and sailboats,[44] proving her assumption of dictatorial powers to pursue the Green New Deal anti-fossil fuel agenda rather than to limit social distancing to protect public health. Whitmer's actions revealed the anti-democratic and totalitarian nature of Leftism and the Democrat Party. Michiganders are banned from traveling "between residences" if they own a cottage or a summer home, but the ban only applies to Michigan residents, so an out-of-stater with a cottage in the Upper Peninsula could presumably still visit. The ban also still allows travel between states, so if a Michigander has a cottage in Wisconsin or Ohio, he can travel without fear of being arrested or fined by state police.[45] University of Michigan Law school students filed a lawsuit against Whitmer on behalf of a Michigan timeshare owner over the governor's stay-home order for civil rights violations.[46]

Whitmer told Politico that 2020 presidential election candidate Joe Biden, sidelined with mental competency concerns and sexual assault allegations, is helping her with her communication strategy[47] and that she and Biden are cut from similar cloth.[48] Biden has admitted to counseling Whitmer as she navigated through unconstitutional territories.[49] Attorney General William Barr issued a statement:

I am directing each of our United States Attorneys to be on the lookout for state and local directives that could be violating the constitutional rights and civil liberties of individual citizens.... the Constitution is not suspended..."[50]

On May 22, 2020, Whitmer arbitrarily extended the statewide stay-at-home order from May 28 to June 12.[51] Whitmer directed a dangerous policy in ordering seniors, or anyone else, who test positive for COVID-19 to be transported to nursing homes that house healthy seniors,[52] a measure criticized by even a Democrat state representative. A few days later, Republican state senator Peter J. Lucido sought an investigation into the matter.[53] Whitmer's misguided directive came under heavy criticism[54] when in May 2020, a 75-year-old nursing home resident, an Army veteran who had been illegally seized from his apartment by Whitmer goons and sent to the residence without his relatives being notified, was brutally beaten in a racist attack[54] by 20-year-old Jaydon Hayden, a COVID-19 patient with mental health issues who had been sent to the same nursing home and has since been arrested and charged for the crime.[55]

It was reported on June 15, 2020, that one-third of all coronavirus-related deaths in Michigan were in nursing homes.[56] Despite this, Whitmer's administration irresponsibly refused to consider transporting COVID-19 positive patients to vacant centers rather than nursing homes.[57] When later questioned on the matter, Whitmer refused to specify details about the dangerous policy.[58] The Macomb county prosecutor advised survivors who lost loved ones to COVID as residents or staff inside nursing homes should collect the vital information about the circumstances of their death and take that to local police and make a complaint as a wrongful death. Criminal charges could be filed against the Democrat fascist governor over putting COVID patients inside nursing homes used as hubs during the pandemic.[59]

On June 18, 2020, one day before the statewide emergency order was set to expire, Whitmer extended it until July 16.[60] On July 15, she extended the order once again, setting the state of emergency to continue until early-to-mid August.[61] Unsurprisingly, she again extended the order on August 7, 2020, to September 4,[62] and yet again exactly on September 4 to last until October 1.[63]

On July 10, Gov. Whitmer signed an executive order mandating people in Michigan to wear masks in any indoor public spaces and outdoor public areas;[64] violators are expected to be fined up to $500, and private businesses are unconstitutionally required to refuse entry to anyone not wearing masks under the threat of having their licenses withheld.

"All Business is Essential" billboards appeared to protest Whitmer's assault on the Constitution and human rights.

On September 9, 2020, Whitmer signed an executive order mandating face masks to be worn for players at organized sports events[65] despite the danger in breathing through face masks while heavily exercising.[66] She announced that statewide lockdown orders will remain until a coronavirus vaccine is produced and available.[67] The next day Whitmer announced that the COVID-19 emergency order could last for additional months.[68]

In what seemed to be a victory for conservatives and libertarians in early October 2020, the Michigan Supreme Court struck down Whitmer's coronavirus emergency orders, ruling them to be excessive and in violation of the state's constitution.[69] Furious,[70] the stubborn governor, in defiance of the court, declared that the order would still last for an additional twenty-one days and vowed to use other means to retain her totalitarianism.[71] She later issued another totalitarian stay-at-home order in mid-November.[72]

Whitmer awarded a contract for contact tracing to Every Action VAN, an arm of the Democratic data behemoth NGP VAN. The liberal firm works with all of the major Democratic campaign committees and hundreds of labor unions across the country. The move has sparked concern that Whitmer was using the CCP pandemic to strengthen the Democratic Party's data operation, potentially at the expense of public health. NGP VAN is run by Stuart Trevelyan, who worked in the Clinton White House and who is reportedly helping presumptive Democrat nominee Joe Biden’s campaign. Whitmer’s own 2019 campaign paid NGP VAN nearly $5,000 in 2019, according to state campaign finance records. Every Action’s other clients include the radical anti-Israel group Jewish Voice for Peace, Planned Parenthood, and the left-wing National Women’s Law Center. Whitmer also gave a contract to Great Lakes Community Engagement, which is run by Democrat consultant Michael Kolehouse. Kolehouse owns a firm that works to help elect far-left Democrats. Kolehouse said in a Facebook post:: “I hope [Trump] gets Coronavirus ASAP. Can someone do the country a favor and cough on that man.”[73]

New York

In his three terms as New York governor, Andrew Cuomo preferred spending state funds on solar panels rather than emergency preparation for basic necessities in event of a pandemic, such as hospital masks and gowns, ventilators, etc.[74]

He was widely criticized for his mishandling of the coronavirus crisis that as of April 4, 2020, New York had incurred more than 182 deaths per million in population, a massive mortality rate exceeded only by the socialized-medicine countries of Italy and Spain. Gov. Cuomo hoarded life-saving medication rather than dispensing it as soon as possible in early treatment of patients. Instead, he sought to hospitalize patients first, and then ration treatment. Meanwhile, his younger brother Chris, holding a lucrative job at CNN, recovered from COVID-19 in the comfort of his home, with access to any medication desired.

While people were dying from the virus, and regular citizens starved for information on mitigation measures, According to Ryan Grim of The Intercept prisoners at Rikers Island were exploited at $6 an hour, below minimum wage, to dig mass graves on Hart Island[75] for victims of the Chinese communist virus.[76] Cuomo has laughed upon hearing COVID-19 deaths.[77]

As was reported by the Washington Free Beacon on November 17, 2020, 644 New York residents died from COVID-19 after Cuomo published a book egotistically boasting his supposed "leadership".[78] Cuomo's fascist totalitarian lockdown orders destroyed one million jobs in New York.[79] Cuomo's Death Panels assigned at least 13,000 covid positive patients to nursing homes.[80]

A coffin outside a New York nursing home to protest Gov. Cuomo's decision to infect seniors with the coronavirus.[81]

Rather than construct quarantine gulags on the Chinese communist model, Cuomo mandated that longterm nursing home facilities accept Covid 19-positive patients. Despite the scientific evidence, Cuomo issued the decree anyway.[82] The virus spread like wildfire among the elderly, mostly Babyboomers, giving New York the highest death toll from the CCP virus.[83] New York's death toll accounts for 30% of the U.S. fatality rate. Frontpage Mag reported:

Cuomo's Department of Health had issued an order that, "no resident shall be denied re-admission or admission to the NH solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19" and also prohibited requiring testing of returning patients. Sending hospitalized patients with coronavirus to the same mismanaged nursing homes was a death sentence for countless seniors in those facilities.[84]

The Cuomo administration then deliberately tried to coverup the extent of the carnage by undercounting deaths.[85]

Hospital and nursing lobbies and committees donated as much as $2.3 million in campaign cash to Cuomo and co. in the 18-months before the coronavirus catastrophe and was a major support to him in a narrowly won re-election. And for all that, Cuomo personally removed the one deterrent that would have forced nursing homes and hospitals to actually care for their patients and incentivize them to prevent to spread of the China virus – accountability.[86]

Cuomo's order sent 6,400 COVID-19 positive patients into nursing homes - the highest risk group.[87] More than 5,800 died. According to him, the deaths were the fault of Donald Trump.[88]

In January 2021, the New York Attorney General's office reported that the Cuomo administration had covered up the number of nursing home murders and under-reported the figure by 50%.[89] Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called for an investigation into Gov. Cuomo's human rights abuses.[90]

In 2018, as governor Andrew Cuomo faced a challenge to his reelection bid in the New York State Democratic primary, he got a last minute $1m cash infusion from the General New York Hospital Association (GNYHA)—a powerful NY healthcare industry group. On April 2, 2020, he repaid the favor when he quietly signed legislation shielding hospital and nursing home executives from any lawsuits stemming from the coronavirus outbreak. The clauses, inserted into the annual budget bill by Cuomo, gave blanket immunity protections for healthcare industry executive and administrators, the same individuals and institutions that made a fortune moving sick Covid-19 patients to nursing homes.[91]

The GNYHA gave to the Democrats $3 million in the 2018 Midterm election cycle. Of this, Cuomo and his state party committee received close to $2.3m from various hospitals and nursing home industry donors. Governor Cuomo returned the favor with his directive forcing COVID-19 patients into nursing homes. This directive provided a massive increase in revenues to organizations associated with the GNYHA who were paid handsomely for COVID patients. It was a bonanza for these entities.

The impact of this decision on elderly New Yorkers in nursing homes is the elderly in these nursing homes spread the disease and died. They died at the worst rate in the country and the world.[92]

Cuomo personally updated an executive order March 23, 2020 to block pharmacists from filling prescriptions for hydroxychloroquine for any uses not approved by the FDA.[93] This order targeted off-label uses of hydroxychloroquine, in particular preventing Dr. Zelenko, a New York doctor, who successfully treated 350 COVID-19 sufferers in his community with no fatalities using a combination of hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin and zinc, effectively denying victims of the virus medical treatment.[94] Sean Hannity had championed the doctor, whose drug combination could reasonably be expected to forestall contracts awarded by Cuomo's New York Health Department to originate new treatments or vaccines by large pharmaceutical companies, and further, allowing them to reap the profits then as well as in the future from revenue accrued from patents expected to be awarded in the process of manufacture. Only when President Trump himself stepped in was Dr. Zelenko's pioneering work allowed to continue.

In 2015 Cuomo rejected the purchase of 16,000 needed ventilators for emergency preparedness at a price of $36,000 apiece or a total of $576 million. Instead, he put the money in a $750 million solar panel factory.[95] During the coronavirus emergency, Cuomo criticized President Trump for New York not having enough of the needed ventilators. The next day, a stockpile of 4,000 ventilators were found in a warehouse while people needing the ventilators in New York hospitals went without treatment. People died while Cuomo lied. After accepting 1,000 junk ventilators from the CCP as part of the CCP's humanitarian propaganda effort,[96] Cuomo offered his "thought and prayers" to victims of the CCP global pandemic.[97] First the CCP allowed COVID-19 to become pandemic,[98] then it profited in billions of dollars selling defective medical supplies and equipment to the world.[99]

One week after the announcement to cancel New York's 2020 Democratic primary elections due to COVID-19 concerns, a federal judge ordered the state to reverse course and hold the primary contest in June.

The New York Board of Elections employed a provision of Governor Andrew Cuomo's state budget law to remove any candidate from the 2020 presidential primary ballot who had announced they have stopped running and were “no longer eligible” under state law to win the nomination. Andrew Yang filed suit on behalf of his would-be delegates a day later, challenging the state's decision to cancel the election. Yang and his co-plaintiffs alleged that the New York Board of Elections violated the First Amendment and 14th Amendments to the Constitution.[100] Bernie Sanders' delegates said in their complaint,

“What the cancellation does is prevent Democratic Party voters who wish to express their views concerning issues ranging from health care, to the environment, to student debt, to the cost of higher education, from expressing their view on the differences between Bernie Sanders and Joseph Biden on these issues.”

Cuomo has threatened to target Jewish synagogues for closure.[101][102] He was sued by the Orthodox Jewish community in October 2020 after statewide authorities cracked down on them yet allowed for BLM rioters to terrorize communities,[103] though this was quickly denied by a judge.[104] At a massive protest against the anti-Semitic, totalitarian policies pushed by Cuomo and Bill de Blasio, members of the community burned face masks and waved Trump flags in support of the president.[105] Local authorities cracked down on the protest,[106] and one activist was arrested by police.[107] Referencing to tactics used by the Nazis, Trump tweeted: "What does this grim picture remind you of?"[108] Cuomo in turn blamed Trump for "inciting" the protests against him,[109] and attacked the Orthodox community for a rise in coronavirus cases.[110] A poll later found that 83% of Orthodox Jews support Donald Trump for re-election.[111]

In late October 2020, New York police officers invaded the homes of Orthodox Jews who gathered privately.[112]

Several New York sheriffs announced in mid-November 2020 that they would refuse to enforce Cuomo's excessive limit on Thanksgiving gatherings, noting them to be unconstitutional.[113] Business owners in Buffalo stood up to sheriffs and "health inspectors" who came under Cuomo's orders to harass them, telling them to "go get a warrant!"[114] Cuomo reportedly was set to host a Thanksgiving dinner with his family, including his elderly mother,[115] despite telling New Yorkers to avoid gathering for the holiday.[116] However, after facing strong backlash, he attempted to prevent further damaging his public image by uninviting her, instead leaving the 89 year-old matriarch to spend the holiday alone.[117] Despite his incompetent "leadership", it was announced in November 2020 that Cuomo would receive an Emmy Award for his "use of television" during the coronavirus pandemic.[118]

Due to Cuomo's lockdown policies that led to increased outdoor dining as well as a lack of managing proper sanitation, New York City has observed a takeover of rats in November 2020.[119]

After the extermination of over 10,000 senior citizens in nursing homes by government decree,[120] New York state lost one congressional seat in the U.S. Congress when the Census Bureau determined New York state fell 89 people short of retaining its existing delegation over the previous census.[121]

Junta assistant commissar for health Richard "Rachel" Levine who is implicated in the slaughter of 12,000 nursing home residents,[122] refused to call chemical castration of minors genital mutilation.[123]

In Pennsylvania, Dr. Rachel Levine, the secretary of the Pennsylvania Health Department ordered nursing homes that house healthy seniors to take in COVID-19 positive patients, which resulted in thousands of needless deaths.[124] By mid-May 2020, two-thirds of all coronavirus-related deaths in the state occurred in nursing homes.[125] A liberal hypocrite, Levine removed his own mother from a personal care home as the deaths rose dramatically.[125][126] Levine was rewarded by being appointed as the Assistant Health Secretary for the Biden junta.[127] Professor David Upham at the University of Dallas has commented upon Levine as follows: "There, Dr. Levine, in concert with the whole Biden administration, will try to use the powers of the federal government to FORCE others, by their words and their deeds, including their medical expertise and know-how to participate in these falsehoods, these hormonal and surgical harms–these wrongs." Dr. Christina Crenshaw at Baylor University has asked of Levine: "What if I don’t want biological boys in the bathroom with my biological daughter? Do the 99% of us who do not struggle with gender dysphoria have a voice? No? Cool." Levine advocated for government intervention into forcing business owners to allow biological boys to use bathrooms and showers with biological girls.[128]

President Donald Trump led by almost 800,000 votes on election night after most Americans headed to bed. Over the course of the next 72 hours, President Trump’s lead shrunk to less than a 95,000 vote lead in the keystone state, and then Joe Biden took the lead. Batches of votes started flowing into the final tally, mostly in favor of Joe Biden. Five Thirty Eight reported that “Two more batches of Pennsylvania vote were reported: 23,277 votes in Philadelphia, all for Biden."

The Pennsylvania Appeals Court issued an order that said

“effective immediately … all candidates, watchers, or candidate representatives [shall] be permitted to be present for the canvassing process … and be permitted to observe all aspects of the canvassing process within 6 feet, while adhering to all COVID-19 protocols, including, wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.”[129]

Philadelphia Democrat election officials refused to comply with the order,[130][131] and the Democrat Sheriff, a Biden supporter, refused to enforce the Appeals Court order.[132]

The Trump campaign then filed a lawsuit in federal district court claiming that the Board of Elections is “nonetheless continuing to count ballots, without any observations by any representatives or poll watchers of President Trump and the Republican Party.”[133]

115% of Pensylvania registered Democrats voted for Biden. Biden received 1.24 to 1.43 times greater than either Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama in predominant Republican counties.[134]

The Pennsylvania Appeals Court issued an order that said,

Biden, who beat Barack Obama’s popular vote record, received several tens of thousands of more votes than registered Democrats in the above counties. The Biden votes are unusually in excess of ~244,000. [135]
“effective immediately … all candidates, watchers, or candidate representatives [shall] be permitted to be present for the canvassing process … and be permitted to observe all aspects of the canvassing process within 6 feet, while adhering to all COVID-19 protocols, including, wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.”[136]

Philadelphia Democrat election officials refused to comply with the order,[137][138] and the Democrat Sheriff, a Biden supporter, refused to enforce the Appeals Court order.[139]

The Trump campaign then filed a lawsuit in federal district court claiming that the Board of Elections is “nonetheless continuing to count ballots, without any observations by any representatives or poll watchers of President Trump and the Republican Party.”[140] The lawsuit claims that Trump campaign observers were denied access altogether in some instances in Philadelphia County. The county’s elections board did not permit the Trump campaign’s observers to be within 6 feet of “all aspects” of the pre-canvassing process in violation of Commonwealth Court Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon’s November 5, 2020, order requiring that poll-watchers “be permitted to observe all aspects of the canvassing process within 6 feet.” The lawsuit states,

“It is estimated that 680,770 ballots were processed by the Allegheny and Philadelphia County Boards of Elections when no observation was allowed.”

115% of Pennsylvania registered Democrats voted for Biden. Biden received 1.24 to 1.43 times greater than either Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama in predominant Republican counties.[141]

The lawsuit cites many examples in which election officials prevented poll-watchers from observing the counting of votes, as required by state law.

Stacey Abrams was instrumental in Fulton County, Georgia election fraud in the 2020 presidential election which swung the vote for Joe Biden. Evidence was presented at the Fulton County Board of Commissioners (BOC) hearing on June 16, 2021 indicating that Stacey Abrams “financed the main contractor used in Fulton County elections during the Nov 3rd [2020] poll and the Jan 5th [2021] U.S. Senate runoff.”

Shaya Moss, an Fulton County Georgia election supervisor, stuffed the ballot box with tens of thousands of votes for Joe Biden on the night of November 3, 2020 and in the early morning hours after.

Bridget Thorne helped set up voting equipment prior to the November election. Thorne told the Board of Commissioners that she contacted local officials to see how she could work as a poll tech, but they redirected her to a temporary employment agency, Happy Faces. Abrams owns 16 percent of Happy Faces. Thorne explained that when the Secretary of State (SoS) offered staffing substitutes for warehouse workers who had been quarantined because of covid, “Fulton County declined their offer and brought in unqualified, untrained, hundred percent minority Happy Face employees.”[142] Thorne quoted a 2014 Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) article regarding a company Abrams founded called NOWaccount, a company that “secures government contracts.” Stacey Abrams, according to Thorne:

“Owns 16 percent [of NOWaccount]…NOWaccount is registered as the only secured party provider for Happy Faces. NOWaccount provides the line of credit…with the purse strings connection of Stacey Abrams to Happy Faces, you must ask does she have influence over who gets hired to work for our elections. Can she or her activist groups also recommend employees? With Happy Faces working one hundred percent early voting, ballot adjudication, absentee ballot processing, warehouse, dropbox, signature verification—they are basically running our elections. Shouldn’t we know who they are recruiting? Shouldn’t we know who they are? Could an activist group have a special connection and ability to work our election while veteran poll clerks like me are shut out?”

WI indefinite.png

Under Wisconsin state law, a voter must present a valid photo ID when requesting to vote by mail. The exception to the rule is for those voters who are currently hospitalized or “indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness, or infirmity.”[143] Covid doesn't meet the qualifications for an "indefinitely confined" voter.

Some British scientists have admitted that their committee exploited fear in totalitarian and “unethical” ways to control people’s behavior throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. “Clearly, using fear as a means of control is not ethical,” said Gavin Morgan, a psychologist and member of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behavior (SPI-B). “Using fear smacks of totalitarianism. It’s not an ethical stance for any modern government. By nature I am an optimistic person, but all this has given me a more pessimistic view of people.”

SPI-B, according to The Telegraph, is a subcommittee that advises the British government’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE). In one damning example of their unethical use of fear, the subcommittee said in March 2020 that “a substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened” by COVID-19 and that British leaders needed to increase the population’s “perceived level of personal threat.”

“In March [2020] the Government was very worried about compliance and they thought people wouldn’t want to be locked down,” one SPI-B member told Dodsworth. “There were discussions about fear being needed to encourage compliance, and decisions were made about how to ramp up the fear. The way we have used fear is dystopian.”[144]

Mail-in ballots

See also: Democrat election fraud

Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi took advantage of the coronavirus, which had been released by the Chinese Communist Party to encourage Democrat political machines across the United States to flood the country with manil0in ballots in an effort to influence the 2020 Presidential election. In August 2020 Politico reported,

Four highly anomalous ballot dumps highlighted in yellow account for the "win" in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia and represent forty-two electoral votes.[145]
Coronavirus has turned the Democratic Party’s voter contact program, one operative said, into something more like a tech support operation than a traditional door-knocking effort.....Priorities USA, the Democratic super PAC, is spending $24 million on voter mobilization, which includes vote-by-mail education. Fair Fight, a group founded by Stacey Abrams, has rolled out voter protection programs in 17 states....

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump’s recent attacks on the USPS and on mail-voting is raising concern among voters, operatives say.

“We've seen such an increase from young people in terms of concern about their ballot casting,” said Jared DeLoof, the states director of NextGen America, which targets younger voters. “They want to vote, they want to make sure that that vote is going to count.” [...]

Democrats believe they will also have to follow up with some voters after their ballot has been cast, in an effort to help them fix ballots that have been rejected for technical reasons. State rules vary widely on if or how voters can correct their ballots, and the time windows to do so can be short.

While Democratic campaigns and groups navigate the patchwork of state rules governing mail ballots to encourage turnout, Democratic election attorney Marc Elias is trying to change many of those rules.

Ballot harvesting.jpeg

This is the other half of the party’s vote-by-mail efforts: a sprawling legal effort that spans every battleground state and is costing tens of millions of dollars. Priorities USA, just one of Elias’ clients, has expanded its voting litigation budget to $32 million.

“One of the features of vote by mail is that between the point that the voter cast the ballot and the point that the ballot is counted, several things have to go right,” Elias said in an interview. “One is that the ballot has to be received by the election officials in time. ... And the second is that the ballot needs to be verified and accepted.”

Elias, who was the lead attorney in former Sen. Al Franken’s (D-Minn.) 2008 recount victory and the general counsel for Hillary Clinton and John Kerry’s presidential campaigns, is pursuing what he calls “four pillars” of legal changes to election laws during coronavirus. The first, that mail ballots should include paid postage with them, has some cross-partisan support.

Boockvar and the county officials repeatedly ignored essential safeguards for absentee and mail-in voting which require “procedural safeguards to deter fraud and ensure transparency” due to “inherent risk.” In December 2019, Pennsylvania’s auditor general, Eugene DePasquale, determined that there are more than 50,000 cases of potentially inaccurate voter records in the state’s system.

Pennsylvania mailed out 1.8 Million mail-in ballots, buy got back 2.5 million.[146]

On October 31, 2019, Pennsylvania’s legislature passed Act 77, which allowed all Pennsylvania voters the option of voting by mail without providing a reason or excuse. Yet mail-in voting still requires a ballot application and the election code still bars ballot harvesting except in the case of disabled voters. Pennsylvania law still requires ballots that have been filled out incompletely or incorrectly to be declared void and it does not permit election boards to give voters who cast improper ballots a “notice and opportunity to cure” those ballots.

Importantly, Act 77 prohibits a voter from casting both a mail-in ballot and an in-person ballot, unless the voter returns an unvoted mail-in ballot and declares that he or she has not voted by mail. The lawsuit alleged,

“Defendants failed to take adequate measures to ensure that the provisions of the Election Code enacted to protect the validity of absentee or mail-in ballots, including without limitation Act 77, were followed.”

The other three do not, locking Elias in a wide-range legal fight with Republicans all over the country, including the Republican National Committee and its legal budget of at least $20 million. Those fights are over Elias’ push to mandate that states count ballots postmarked by Election Day but received after the fact; overhauling signature matching laws, which Elias derides as based on pseudoscience; and allowing for third parties to collect and turn in voters’ sealed absentee ballots, which Democrats call “community collection” and Republicans largely deride as “ballot harvesting.”

“One thing you do is you make sure that people whose ballot is being challenged based on signature matching, that the people that are doing that have been trained, are applying uniform non-discriminatory standards. And most importantly, the voter is notified and has an opportunity to cure,” Elias said of his legal strategy. (A cure process mandates that a state contacts voters whose ballots have been rejected to give them the ability to fix — or cure — their ballot.)

Several Democratic-backed lawsuits have also pushed to expand who can cast absentee ballots. In 44 states, any voter can, at a minimum, request an absentee ballot if they choose to do so, and some states have changed that requirement as a response to the pandemic. [...]

Republicans argue that allowing for outside parties to collect and deliver ballots could lead to coercion or fraud. [...]

Depending on how close the races for the White House and battleground Senate seats are, "we could be headed for a Bush v. Gore situation in every battleground state, depending how close the results are."[147]

The RNC and the Trump campaign pushed back against the Democrats’ assault on the integrity of elections. All across the country, Democrats tried to use coronavirus and the courts to legalize ballot harvesting, implement a nationwide mail-in ballot system, and eliminate nearly every safeguard in our elections.

One in five mail in ballots have been rejected in several 2020 elections. Nearly two-thirds (62%) say there is fraud in U.S. elections, and that fraud would concern them under Democrats’ nationwide mail-in ballot system. Americans overwhelmingly approve of the safeguards Democrats are suing to eliminate like signature matching (84%), voter identification (80%), and a ballot receipt deadline of election day (83%). Voters also oppose (67%) allowing campaign workers to collect mail-in ballots, also known as ballot harvesting.[148]

Dr. Anthony Fauci promoted vaccination as an approach to disease, and has been criticized for favoring approaches advantageous to Big Pharma.[149] Fauci and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) denied natural immunity and insisted that even people who had experienced infection still required vaccination.[150]

Adverse reactions

There were more than 40,000 documented adverse reactions from a CCP flu "vaccine" in merely its first month of use in the United States. Thousands of these cases were for anaphylactic shock and serious neurological problems. Typically only 10% of adverse effects are reported, so this indicated that many hundreds of thousands were injured by those "vaccines" in the first month. All of the "vaccines", which use mRNA as a form of experimental gene therapy, are untested and unproven in use for combating COVID-19 because of their rapid development following the onset of the pandemic; in fact, 50% of reported new cases in the pandemic had already received their shots.[151]

By February 14, 2021, there were 934 deaths by those who had received the different "vaccines", including Hank Aaron.

In just the first three months of 2021, more people in the US have died of side effect complications from vaccine injections (all taken during the CCP flu pandemic) than had died during the previous decade;[152] in January alone, 181 deaths and 7,844 injuries due to adverse injection reactions from CCP flu "vaccines" were reported, which the Big Pharma companies and the liberal media dismissed as being "coincidence";[153] those numbers later increased to 1739 deaths with a reported 6,286 serious injuries out of 38,444 reported adverse events following CCP flu "vaccine" injections as recorded by the CDC.[154] The "vaccines" involved in the majority of the American deaths and injuries were manufactured by Moderna and Pfizer-Biontech.[152] Among the American deaths that resulted from the "vaccines", Miami obstetrician Dr. Gregory Michael died two weeks after suffering from a hemorrhagic stroke following receiving a Pfizer-Biontech CCP flu "vaccine"[153] and Kassidi Kurrill, a Utah woman and single mother of two who had no known medical issues, died from complications four days after receiving a second dose of the Moderna CCP flu "vaccine",[155] while among the injuries that resulted, 74-year-old Virginia native Richard Terrell suffered a severe skin reaction from a Johnson & Johnson CCP flu "vaccine" as his skin swelled, then developed a massive red rash that spread over his body and caused his skin to peel off beginning four days after he received the injection, leading to him being hospitalized for five days.[156]

It was recently reported that the Pfizer-Biontech and Moderna "vaccines" were discovered to be more damaging to health than previously thought, including the possibility of triggering Alzheimer's disease, ALS/Lou Gehrig's disease and other neurological degenerative diseases by opening a pathway into human DNA.[151]

Fake News and Big Tech collusion

Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg offered him “resources and money” at the time same Zuckerberg was plowing cash into interfering in the 2020 presidential election on behalf of Democrats.[157] Zuckerberg money to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) was laundered through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) controlled by Zuckerberg and his wife. Chan Zuckerberg also gave $433,000 to Ralph Baric,[158] who was described by Dr. Shi Zhengli of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) as her “longtime collaborator” on gain-of-function research on the bat coronavirus.[159] Baric also received funding from Anthony Fauci's National Institute of Health (NIH). The CTCL is a group organized by Obama operatives and funded by Zuckerberg to promote Democrat election fraud.[160][161] Zuckerberg funneled more than $400 million in election fraud efforts, $350 million was siphoned through the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL).

CTCL distributed hundreds of millions in “Zuckerbucks” to thousands of election jurisdictions in 48 states and Washington, D.C.. These funds were pitched as “COVID-19 response grants” supposedly intended to assist election officials in the safe conduct of elections. However, the infusion of CTCL funds into Democrat-leaning jurisdictions influenced the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. Much of the Zuckerbucks were not spent on COVID-19 related expenses—with states reporting expenditures on advertising, vehicle purchases, registering teenagers to vote, and other non- COVID-related items.

Google also funded research conducted by Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology on gain-of-function research for the “killer” bat coronavirus for over a decade.[162]

Junta collusion with social media to suppress basic human rights

Chief propagandist Jen Psaki admitted the junta was working with Facebook to target individual users and suppress their First Amendment rights.[163] The junta requested cell phone service providers to censor private text messages,[164] Psaki articulated the regime's position that advocates banning social media users from all platforms if a user gets banned from one.[165] Psaki's articulation of Biden regime policy essentially makes Big Tech social media platforms "state actors."[166] Journalist Glenn Greenwald tweeted,

Soviet era censorship poster: "Don't talk!"
"The Biden administration is telling Facebook which posts it regards as "problematic" so that Facebook can remove them. This is the union of corporate and state power -- one of the classic hallmarks of fascism -- that the people who spent 5 years babbling about fascism support. If you don't find it deeply disturbing that the White House is "flagging" internet content that they deem "problematic" to their Facebook allies for removal, then you are definitionally an authoritarian. No other information is needed about you to know that."[167]

Psaki articulated from the White House briefing room the Biden regime's collusion with private corporations to violate Americans' First Amendment rights:

"We are in regular touch with these social media platforms, and those engagements typically happen through members of our senior staff....We’ve increased disinformation research and tracking within the Surgeon General’s office. We’re flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread’s important to take faster action against harmful posts. As you all know, information travels quite quickly on social media platforms; sometimes it’s not accurate. And Facebook needs to move more quickly to remove harmful, violative posts — posts that will be within their policies for removal often remain up for days. That’s too long. The information spreads too quickly.

Finally, we have proposed they promote quality information sources in their feed algorithm. Facebook has repeatedly shown that they have the levers to promote quality information. We’ve seen them effectively do this in their algorithm over low-quality information and they’ve chosen not to use it in this case. And that’s certainly an area that would have an impact.[168]

  1. 6 February 2020 -Scientists from the South China University of Technology uploaded a paper on the origins of Coronavirus: "The Lancet reported that 27 of 41 infected patients were found to have contact with the Huanan Seafood Market in Wuhan. We noted two laboratories conducting research on bat coronavirus in Wuhan, one of which was only 280 meters from the seafood market. We briefly examined the histories of the laboratories and proposed that the coronavirus probably originated from a laboratory…… The bats carrying CoV ZC45 were originally found in Yunnan or Zhejiang province, both of which were more than 900 kilometers away from the seafood market. Bats were normally found to live in caves and trees. But the seafood market is in a densely-populated district of Wuhan, a metropolitan of ~15 million people. The probability was very low for the bats to fly to the market. According to municipal reports and the testimonies of 31 residents and 28 visitors, the bat was never a food source in the city, and no bat was traded in the market.”
