Lawfare is an asymmetrical warfare technique that finds its greatest value in politics. One wages lawfare through innuendo, frivolous lawsuits, politicized prosecutions, and a suggestion of impropriety where none exists.
Pro-globalism, pro-transgender private equity, which has amassed more than $11 trillion in the shadows of secrecy, is thought to be a big litigation funder of lawfare.
