Frances Fox Piven

Frances Fox Piven is a radical professor at the City University of New York. She is most notable for her strategy to collapse society that she formulated with her husband Richard Cloward, known as the Cloward-Piven Strategy.
She was a close associate of communist Howard Zinn.[1]
Richard Cloward was a long time advocate of what became the Motor Voter Act.
