Robert Minor

Robert G. Minor served in the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) in World War II and was associated with operations in Belgrade. Minor also worked for Soviet intelligence at the same time. Minor was identified in the Venona project as one of about 20 Soviet agents within the agency.
