Burton Perry

Burton Perry was an American who worked for the KGB San Francisco office during World War II. Perry's young brother also worked for Soviet intelligence. In 1944 Perry gave the KGB technical particulars of a radar guided glide bomb which he had worked on.
Perry's code name in Soviet intelligence as deciphered in the Venona project is CEDAR.
