Revision as of 18:46, November 5, 2020

A Time magazine survey found 570 leftwing terrorist incidents in 220 cities between May 24, 2020 and August 22, 2020.[1]

2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joseph Robinette Biden openly hinted at intent to commit treason and insurrection, with aid from the Democrat Party, by claiming that four former joint chiefs of staff are ready to act,[2] referring to four former chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and now retired generals and admirals — Retired Navy Admiral Mike Mullen, Retired Army General Martin Dempsey, Retired Air Force General Richard Myers, and Retired Army General Colin Powell — who have publicly criticized Trump’s notice that he may use federal troops to quell the Leftist insurrection if necessary, protect lives, and restore calm.

Biden suggested that retired generals who publicly criticized the current elected president may be pressed into action by Biden to enforce the results of an election. Biden seemed to suggest that Biden can decide if Trump could only be reelected illegitimately. He apparently believes he has the support of the military, active and retired, to depose Trump. As disclosures mounted that outgoing Vice President Biden himself in 2017 thought that he and his administration had a right to surveil the 2016 Trump campaign and Trump transition. Biden himself requested the unmasking of an American citizen in subsequent intelligence transcripts; the name had been redacted and was then illegally leaked to the press. Biden was part of an Obama team that approved spying on General Michael Flynn, Trump’s designated national security adviser — all justified on the notion of “Russian collusion” that at that time had already been debunked by the Obama administration’s own FBI.

Regulations prohibit retired generals and admirals from disparaging the current commander in chief. The relevant regulations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice are more explicit about what constitutes clearly unacceptable behavior for retired generals still receiving government pay and perks.[3]

In 1992 President George H.W. Bush characterized the riots in Los Angeles over the beating of Rodney King as mob-like:

“What we saw last night and the night before in Los Angeles is not about civil rights. . . . It’s not a message of protest. It’s been the brutality of a mob, pure and simple.”
As commander in chief, Bush ordered 4,500 Marine combat troops into the city to quell the violence. And he added of the order,
Federal effort will not be driven by mob violence, but by respect for due process and law.”

At the time of the 1992 riots, Bush’s chairman of the joint chiefs, who oversaw the dispatch of the federal Marines into Los Angeles, was General Colin Powell. Powell, who now criticized Trump for even considering the use federal troops, reportedly told Bush of his request for federal troops to quell a domestic disturbance, “All you’ve got to do is say it.”

For the first time in modern memory, lots of media venues and essayists have openly discussed the possibility that the President Trump might be the object of a coup, warnings issued both prior to and after President Trump’s election, from both Americans and foreign observers, and then again in reaction to politically partisan declarations of disdain from the retired generals and admirals. They made no specific charges that the president had violated the Constitution while daily more evidence surfaced of the Obama administration’s efforts to sabotage a campaign, a presidential transition, and the early months of the new Trump administration.

It is not just retired military officers who voice barely veiled concerns that Trump is beyond the pale and has wrecked the Constitution and should leave “the sooner, the better” (as retired admiral William McRaven put it in 2019). High-ranking intelligence and investigatory officials under the guise of constitutionalism have deemed Donald Trump and his administration, at least in their own individual exalted estimations, existential threats that require extra-constitutional means to defeat.

Rarely have the former head of the CIA (John Brennan), the top echelon of the FBI (James Comey and Andrew McCabe), and the former director of national intelligence (James Clapper) — none of them elected officials — become the subject of criminal investigations by federal attorneys for a number of possible federal crimes, whose essence was aborting a presidential transition and later a presidency.

In 2018, the retired director of the CIA tweeted of the President, in the larger context of the now repudiated Russian hoax and, in particular, the firing of Andrew McCabe from the FBI,

“When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history. . . . America will triumph over you”

Brennan, prior to Trump’s presidency, admitted to lying under oath to Congress on two occasions. Former U.N. ambassador Samantha Power tweeted a snarky assent,

“Not a good idea to piss off John Brennan.”

That echoed Senate Minority leader Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer’s earlier warning:

“Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday of getting back at you.”
Voter fraud has become a serious problem across the United States and threatens the integrity of the 2020 presidential election.

In an interview with HBO’s The Circus, Hillary Clinton said ,

"Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances because I think this is going to drag out, and eventually I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch and if we are as focused and relentless as the other side is. We’ve got to have a massive legal operation. I know the Biden campaign is working on that."[4]

Al Gore likewise publicly advocated for a Marxist-style military coup to overthrow American democracy.[5]

The largest voter fraud organization ever

Ten days before the election Biden went back into hiding and boasted of having assembled "the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in history.”[6] When Democrats want to tilt elections in their favor outside the ballot box, Marc Elias of Perkins Coie is the go-to guy. Perkins Coie is the Democratic law firm, paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign, that hired Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Donald Trump in 2016. They failed, but still compiled the Steele dossier full of foreign-solicited lies about Trump and Russia, which was leaked by Obama intelligence officials to try to sabotage the new president’s administration, sow doubt in his election victory, and invalidate the votes of 63 million Americans. From Wisconsin to Nevada, to California, Marc Elias and the Democrats pushed lawsuits disguised as “election reform” to water down important election safeguards and increase the opportunity for fraud, abuse, and corruption. In August 2020 Politico reported,

Coronavirus has turned the Democratic Party’s voter contact program, one operative said, into something more like a tech support operation than a traditional door-knocking effort.....Priorities USA, the Democratic super PAC, is spending $24 million on voter mobilization, which includes vote-by-mail education. Fair Fight, a group founded by Stacey Abrams, has rolled out voter protection programs in 17 states....

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump’s recent attacks on the USPS and on mail-voting is raising concern among voters, operatives say.

“We've seen such an increase from young people in terms of concern about their ballot casting,” said Jared DeLoof, the states director of NextGen America, which targets younger voters. “They want to vote, they want to make sure that that vote is going to count.” [...]

Democrats believe they will also have to follow up with some voters after their ballot has been cast, in an effort to help them fix ballots that have been rejected for technical reasons. State rules vary widely on if or how voters can correct their ballots, and the time windows to do so can be short.

While Democratic campaigns and groups navigate the patchwork of state rules governing mail ballots to encourage turnout, Democratic election attorney Marc Elias is trying to change many of those rules.

Mail-in ballots were found inside of a dumpster and a Postal worker arrested; mainstream fake news media repeatedly claimed mail-in voting was secure.[7]

This is the other half of the party’s vote-by-mail efforts: a sprawling legal effort that spans every battleground state and is costing tens of millions of dollars. Priorities USA, just one of Elias’ clients, has expanded its voting litigation budget to $32 million.

“One of the features of vote by mail is that between the point that the voter cast the ballot and the point that the ballot is counted, several things have to go right,” Elias said in an interview. “One is that the ballot has to be received by the election officials in time. ... And the second is that the ballot needs to be verified and accepted.”

Elias, who was the lead attorney in former Sen. Al Franken’s (D-Minn.) 2008 recount victory and the general counsel for Hillary Clinton and John Kerry’s presidential campaigns, is pursuing what he calls “four pillars” of legal changes to election laws during coronavirus. The first, that mail ballots should include paid postage with them, has some cross-partisan support.

The other three do not, locking Elias in a wide-range legal fight with Republicans all over the country, including the Republican National Committee and its legal budget of at least $20 million. Those fights are over Elias’ push to mandate that states count ballots postmarked by Election Day but received after the fact; overhauling signature matching laws, which Elias derides as based on pseudoscience; and allowing for third parties to collect and turn in voters’ sealed absentee ballots, which Democrats call “community collection” and Republicans largely deride as “ballot harvesting.”

“One thing you do is you make sure that people whose ballot is being challenged based on signature matching, that the people that are doing that have been trained, are applying uniform non-discriminatory standards. And most importantly, the voter is notified and has an opportunity to cure,” Elias said of his legal strategy. (A cure process mandates that a state contacts voters whose ballots have been rejected to give them the ability to fix — or cure — their ballot.)

Several Democratic-backed lawsuits have also pushed to expand who can cast absentee ballots. In 44 states, any voter can, at a minimum, request an absentee ballot if they choose to do so, and some states have changed that requirement as a response to the pandemic. [...]

Republicans argue that allowing for outside parties to collect and deliver ballots could lead to coercion or fraud. [...]

Depending on how close the races for the White House and battleground Senate seats are, "we could be headed for a Bush v. Gore situation in every battleground state, depending how close the results are."[8]

The RNC and the Trump campaign pushed back against the Democrats’ assault on the integrity of elections. All across the country, Democrats tried to use coronavirus and the courts to legalize ballot harvesting, implement a nationwide mail-in ballot system, and eliminate nearly every safeguard in our elections.

One in five mail in ballots have been rejected in several 2020 elections. Nearly two-thirds (62%) say there is fraud in U.S. elections, and that fraud would concern them under Democrats’ nationwide mail-in ballot system. Americans overwhelmingly approve of the safeguards Democrats are suing to eliminate like signature matching (84%), voter identification (80%), and a ballot receipt deadline of election day (83%). Voters also oppose (67%) allowing campaign workers to collect mail-in ballots, also known as ballot harvesting.[9]

DOJ investigations

Attn. Gen. William P. Barr

Attorney General Bill Barr warned that mass mail-in voting is an invitation for voter fraud and coercion. The Justice Department is conducting several “very big” voter fraud investigations in multiple states, Barr told Wolf Blitzer of CNN in an interview aired on Sept. 2, 2020. At least 83% of American voters, or roughly 100 million people, will be able to vote by mail in the 2020 election, according to The Washington Post.

“We haven’t had the kind of widespread use of mail-in ballots as being proposed. We’ve had absentee ballots from people who request them from a specific address. Now what we’re talking about is mailing them to everyone on the voter list, when everyone knows those voter lists are inaccurate.”[10]

Barr referenced the findings of a nonpartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform, co-chaired by former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker, which had determined that mail-in voting creates the potential for voter fraud and opens the door to coercion if activists or party workers are allowed to handle ballots. House Judiciary Chairman warned,

"I just, as a very experienced practical politician from New York, feel constrained to observe that in my experience in New York, paper ballots are extremely susceptible to fraud,” the veteran House Democrat said. “And at least with the old clunky voting machines that we have in New York, the deliberate fraud is way down compared to paper."[11]

More than 43% of likely American voters would not trust the integrity of an election if all voters automatically were mailed ballots or ballot request forms, according to an Epoch Times National Poll conducted in late August 2020.

“This is playing with fire. We’re a very closely divided country here and people have to have confidence in the results of the election and the legitimacy of the government. And people trying to change the rules to this methodology—which as a matter of logic is very open to fraud and coercion—is reckless and dangerous."[12]

Democrats are waging a well-financed legal campaign across the nation to make it easier to vote by mail. They are litigating at least 80 of the more than 100 vote-by-mail court cases across the nation. Biden said the Democrat party has more than 600 lawyers working on election-related cases.[13]

U.S. Color Revolution

In the early 2000s, Obama apparatchik Michael McFaul studied the so-called color revolutions in the former states of the Soviet Union. McFaul identified the seven elements of successful revolutions in these countries.[15] Reporting from far left The Atlantic and The New York Times fits into step number seven. Both publications ran stories highlighting racial, gender, and sexual orientation divisions in the military in early September 2020.[16][17]

1.) The first element of a successful color revolution, according to McFaul, is a semi-autocratic rather than fully-autocratic regime. This narrative about President Trump has been pervasive in the liberal media and echoed by prominent Democrats since before he was elected. Despite all evidence to the contrary, President Trump is consistently painted as walking the line between constitutional order and authoritarianism. Over the Summer of 2020, Democrats and the fake news media resurfaced the narrative that President Trump will not accept the 2020 presidential election results if Joe Biden wins.[18][19] They assert that he will refuse to concede and will have to be forced out of the White House if he loses the election.

2.) According to McFaul, the second requirement is 'an unpopular incumbent'. The left uses identity politics to try and make President Trump unpopular with specific constituencies. "Peaceful Protests" are used to create an illusion there are hordes of citizens who oppose President Trump. The fake news mainstream media and Democrats try to frame the riots as “Trump’s America,” despite all the evidence the riots are supported by Democrats in power and even financially supported by members of the 2020 Biden campaign.[20]

3.) A third requirement, according to McFaul, is a united and organized opposition. The opposition has a name. The NeverTrump Resistance started shortly after the 2016 presidential election. Using the hashtag or the phrase is a way to signal you are on the team. Any group can join the broader movement and oppose the president on their own terms. Poorly weighted polls were pushed out by corporate media outlets after the conventions that either oversample specific populations or survey all adults rather than likely voters or registered voters.

4.) McFaul says the fourth ingredient in a successful color revolution is an ability to quickly drive home the point that voting results were falsified. Democrats are setting up 2020 so that either side can make this claim. It has been reported that between 2012 and 2018, at least one in five mail-in ballots went missing in elections nationwide.[21] Democrats are counting on this, and it is why they are pushing so hard for it. When a large number of mail-in votes are missing or thrown out for technical reasons, Democrats will scream disenfranchisement. Yet, Democrats are the ones who set up their own voters to be disenfranchised by pushing COVID-19 panic porn.

This chaos impacts the way elections typically proceeds as required by law. Local election results will be challenged in court nationwide, and it will make the Florida Recount controversy in Bush v. Gore look like child’s play. Results will be delayed for weeks and threaten the deadlines to confirm results at the state level. According to one analysis in The Wall Street Journal, entire states could be disenfranchised.[22] Democrats and their allies in the media are willing to destroy faith in a safe and fair election that leads to the peaceful transfer of power the United States has relied on for more than two centuries. These are the lengths they will go to in order to gain power. They pushed mail-in voting despite health experts saying in-person voting is safe.

Sharyl Attkisson tweet.

5.) Number five is having enough independent media to inform citizens about the falsified vote. As Ben Shapiro noted, the media is simply the PR wing for the Biden campaign.[23] Sharyl Attkisson went a step further and outlined the current information operation regarding the military: Democrat operatives, including John Podesta, did an election war game. The results were published in The Washington Post, and it advanced the idea that the only way to avoid violence is a Biden landslide. It also laid out the Democrats’ response to a loss in 2020, which included having California, Oregon, and Washington secede from the United States. Then they would wait to see how the military responded.

The corporate media has been framing whatever narrative the Democrats need since 2016. They framed President Trump as an illegitimate leader based on the Russia collusion hoax. By the Fall of 2020 the fake news media resurfaced the same meme based on a leak from a classified briefing and simply ignored the fact that the briefing said China and Iran are working hard to get Biden elected and were acting in more overt ways than Russia.

6.) McFaul notes, a political opposition capable of mobilizing tens of thousands or more demonstrators to protest electoral fraud is necessary. The DNC partners with two organizations,[24] Act Blue and Action Network, who are allied with one another.[25] Together these platforms allow progressive groups, including antifa,[26] to raise money and organize protests electronically. It gives progressive activist groups the ability to privately and quickly communicate with members of their mailing lists. There is even a degree of list-sharing between the groups. From Action Network’s announcement of the DNC partnership:

We had hoped to announce our partnership with the DNC under much different circumstances, but now, facing an unprecedented crisis that has forced us all to move our organizing from in-person to digital, our partnership to build robust, safe, and trusted technology for the movement is more important than ever. As COVID-19 affects our collective communities and changes the world around us by the hour, we are working to be as responsive as possible to the needs of you, our partners, and your communities. For months now, in partnership with the DNC and through our non-profit, cooperative development model, we’ve been doubling down on our efforts to make sure the Action Network toolset can be there every moment to get your communications in people’s inboxes quickly and effectively.

Democrat leaders have openly endorsed the riots and encouraged violence. The radicals in the street have openly supported violence and actively call for a revolution.[27]

7.) The last requirement McFaul lists is divisions among the regimes’ coercive forces. This element is the most dangerous and sinister one on the list. It has also been going on for four years. The intelligence community and federal law enforcement apparatus were weaponized against President Trump before the 2016 election.[28] Leaks from these agencies have been constant and divisive.

The September 2020 Atlantic disinformation piece was meant to diminish President Trump with the troops. Eric Ciaramella and Alexander Vindman are likely two of the anonymous sources.[29] As noted in the war game, Democrats will take drastic action in the case of a loss and wait to see what the military does. This disgusting narrative is meant to encourage them to prefer Biden. Democrats are actually willing to try and politicize the military, a despicable move, to gain power.

Election disinformation

Isaac Stanley-Becker of Washington Post wrote in May 2020,[30]

A new Democratic-aligned political action committee advised by retired Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal, the former head of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, is planning to deploy technology originally developed to counter Islamic State propaganda in service of a domestic political goal – to combat online efforts to promote President Donald Trump's handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

The group, Defeat Disinfo, will use artificial intelligence and network analysis to map discussion of the president's claims on social media. It will seek to intervene by identifying the most popular counter-narratives and boosting them through a network of more than 3.4 million influencers across the country – in some cases paying users with large followings to take sides against the president.

The initiative reflects fears within the Democratic Party that Trump's unwavering digital army may help sustain him through the pandemic, as it has through past controversies...The initiative is run by Curtis Hougland, whose received initial funding for the technology from DARPA, the Pentagon's research arm, as part of an effort to combat extremism overseas. He insists Democrats are ill-prepared for the looming battle over information and attention, which is bound to play an outsize role in November.

McChrystal said his interest in the PAC is about ensuring the accuracy of information leading up to the election, even if it involves chasing viral attention with emotional appeals and other tactics rewarded by online clicks.

Hougland's PAC differs from more traditional Democratic-aligned PACs, such as Priorities USA and American Bridge 21st Century, in embracing the practice of paying influencers to convey their messaging. The approach raised eyebrows and prompted tech companies to clarify their rules when it was put into practice by the Michael Bloomberg 2020 presidential campaign. "I have no trepidation about paying content creators in seeking out and amplifying the best narratives," Hougland said.

McCrystal ran a Democrat funded operation against President Trump during the 2020 presidential election.

Stephanie Berger, a former national finance director for the Democratic National Committee, is raising funds for the initiative, which is an extension of Hougland's technology company, Main Street One. Andrew Tobias, a former DNC treasurer, was an earlier investor in the start-up. Main Street One's leaders were previously involved in cultivating digital narratives in Eastern European Color Revolutions and have now waded into American politics. The organization ran a campaign that paid influencers to boost Kentucky Democrats before the gubernatorial election last fall. A super PAC supporting Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey in his bid for the Democratic nomination paid Main Street One more than $500,000 for similar services in 2019.

Hougland said his aim is to maintain the "largest repository of content against Trump," and to be nimble in boosting organic material that is already performing well, such as videos produced by the Biden campaign.

A similar effort was brought to light after the 2018 Midterm elections, including the creation of fake accounts to sway the 2017 Senate election in Alabama against Roy Moore. Joe Trippi, a Democratic operative who helped manage the 2017 Senate campaign in Alabama, said the president is partially insulated from the fallout over his own remarks by a "media echo chamber that is very disciplined about just picking up whatever the misdirection of the day is and amplifying it." That protective armor makes it all the more critical for Democrats to turn up the volume on anti-Trump messaging, he said.

Operation Scorecard

Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney.[31]

Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney warned that the Democrats and the CIA have put in place a mechanism which can alter the voting results of electronic voting machines in key swing states (like Pennsylvania) that will determine the outcome of the election.[32]

This covert technology is called Operation Scorecard, and it was built by the CIA to surreptitiously steal elections in targeted countries. Now, that technology is being turned against the United States of America and will be activated on Election Day to steal the election for Biden.

After the closing of polls in Pennsylvania and other swing states, the voting machines will be intercepted and then altered using complex algorithms to alter the votes in a way that evades detection, handing a victory to the pre-designated “winner” (Joe Biden). A covert app called “Scorecard” steals votes by making sure Democrats always stay about 3% ahead of their Republican rivals. “Scorecard steals the elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points,” McInerney said.[33]

This explains why Joe Biden recently said, with great clarity, “We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” And why Biden told voters at a small rally that he didn’t “need their vote” to become President, and why Nancy Pelosi said Biden will win no matter what the votes say on November 3rd.

This was confirmed by the documents released by Edward Snowden.[34]
