Biden Putsch

Electoral Map as of November 10, 2020. Biden 227, Trump 231, 80 uncounted.[1]
According to the Progressive election analyst group Catalist, Democrats are losing support among minorities.[2]

Days before the 2020 Presidential election Joe Biden announced that he didn't need voters to help him get elected,[3] and that he had assembled "the most extensive voter fraud organization in history.[4] The Pennsylvania Attorney General publicly commented that the election outcome was predetermined.[5]

When Democrats want to tilt elections in their favor outside the ballot box, Marc Elias of Perkins Coie is the go-to guy. Perkins Coie is the Democratic law firm, paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign, that hired Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Donald Trump in 2016. They failed, but still compiled the Steele dossier full of foreign-solicited lies about Trump and Russia, which was leaked by Obama intelligence officials to try to sabotage the new president’s administration, sow doubt in his election victory, and invalidate the votes of 63 million Americans. From Wisconsin to Nevada, to California, Marc Elias and the Democrats pushed lawsuits disguised as “election reform” to water down important election safeguards and increase the opportunity for fraud, abuse, and corruption. In August 2020 Politico reported,

Four highly anomalous ballot dumps highlighted in yellow account for the "win" in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia and represent forty-two electoral votes.[6]
Coronavirus has turned the Democratic Party’s voter contact program, one operative said, into something more like a tech support operation than a traditional door-knocking effort.....Priorities USA, the Democratic super PAC, is spending $24 million on voter mobilization, which includes vote-by-mail education. Fair Fight, a group founded by Stacey Abrams, has rolled out voter protection programs in 17 states....

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump’s recent attacks on the USPS and on mail-voting is raising concern among voters, operatives say.

“We've seen such an increase from young people in terms of concern about their ballot casting,” said Jared DeLoof, the states director of NextGen America, which targets younger voters. “They want to vote, they want to make sure that that vote is going to count.” [...]

Democrats believe they will also have to follow up with some voters after their ballot has been cast, in an effort to help them fix ballots that have been rejected for technical reasons. State rules vary widely on if or how voters can correct their ballots, and the time windows to do so can be short.

While Democratic campaigns and groups navigate the patchwork of state rules governing mail ballots to encourage turnout, Democratic election attorney Marc Elias is trying to change many of those rules.

Ballot harvesting.jpeg

This is the other half of the party’s vote-by-mail efforts: a sprawling legal effort that spans every battleground state and is costing tens of millions of dollars. Priorities USA, just one of Elias’ clients, has expanded its voting litigation budget to $32 million.

“One of the features of vote by mail is that between the point that the voter cast the ballot and the point that the ballot is counted, several things have to go right,” Elias said in an interview. “One is that the ballot has to be received by the election officials in time. ... And the second is that the ballot needs to be verified and accepted.”

Elias, who was the lead attorney in former Sen. Al Franken’s (D-Minn.) 2008 recount victory and the general counsel for Hillary Clinton and John Kerry’s presidential campaigns, is pursuing what he calls “four pillars” of legal changes to election laws during coronavirus. The first, that mail ballots should include paid postage with them, has some cross-partisan support.

Boockvar and the county officials repeatedly ignored essential safeguards for absentee and mail-in voting which require “procedural safeguards to deter fraud and ensure transparency” due to “inherent risk.” In December 2019, Pennsylvania’s auditor general, Eugene DePasquale, determined that there are more than 50,000 cases of potentially inaccurate voter records in the state’s system.

Pennsylvania mailed out 1.8 Million mail-in ballots, buy got back 2.5 million.[7]

On October 31, 2019, Pennsylvania’s legislature passed Act 77, which allowed all Pennsylvania voters the option of voting by mail without providing a reason or excuse. Yet mail-in voting still requires a ballot application and the election code still bars ballot harvesting except in the case of disabled voters. Pennsylvania law still requires ballots that have been filled out incompletely or incorrectly to be declared void and it does not permit election boards to give voters who cast improper ballots a “notice and opportunity to cure” those ballots.

Importantly, Act 77 prohibits a voter from casting both a mail-in ballot and an in-person ballot, unless the voter returns an unvoted mail-in ballot and declares that he or she has not voted by mail. The lawsuit alleged,

“Defendants failed to take adequate measures to ensure that the provisions of the Election Code enacted to protect the validity of absentee or mail-in ballots, including without limitation Act 77, were followed.”

The other three do not, locking Elias in a wide-range legal fight with Republicans all over the country, including the Republican National Committee and its legal budget of at least $20 million. Those fights are over Elias’ push to mandate that states count ballots postmarked by Election Day but received after the fact; overhauling signature matching laws, which Elias derides as based on pseudoscience; and allowing for third parties to collect and turn in voters’ sealed absentee ballots, which Democrats call “community collection” and Republicans largely deride as “ballot harvesting.”

“One thing you do is you make sure that people whose ballot is being challenged based on signature matching, that the people that are doing that have been trained, are applying uniform non-discriminatory standards. And most importantly, the voter is notified and has an opportunity to cure,” Elias said of his legal strategy. (A cure process mandates that a state contacts voters whose ballots have been rejected to give them the ability to fix — or cure — their ballot.)

Several Democratic-backed lawsuits have also pushed to expand who can cast absentee ballots. In 44 states, any voter can, at a minimum, request an absentee ballot if they choose to do so, and some states have changed that requirement as a response to the pandemic. [...]

Republicans argue that allowing for outside parties to collect and deliver ballots could lead to coercion or fraud. [...]

Depending on how close the races for the White House and battleground Senate seats are, "we could be headed for a Bush v. Gore situation in every battleground state, depending how close the results are."[8]

The RNC and the Trump campaign pushed back against the Democrats’ assault on the integrity of elections. All across the country, Democrats tried to use coronavirus and the courts to legalize ballot harvesting, implement a nationwide mail-in ballot system, and eliminate nearly every safeguard in our elections.

One in five mail in ballots have been rejected in several 2020 elections. Nearly two-thirds (62%) say there is fraud in U.S. elections, and that fraud would concern them under Democrats’ nationwide mail-in ballot system. Americans overwhelmingly approve of the safeguards Democrats are suing to eliminate like signature matching (84%), voter identification (80%), and a ballot receipt deadline of election day (83%). Voters also oppose (67%) allowing campaign workers to collect mail-in ballots, also known as ballot harvesting.[9]

Smartmatic was officially incorporated on 11 April 11. 2000 in Delaware.[10][11][12] After receiving funds from private investors, the company then began to expand. Smartmatic was the main technology supplier for fourteen Venezuelan national elections. In March 2018, Smartmatic ceased operations in Venezuela.[13]

Smartmatic acquired Sequoia Voting Systems in 2005.[14][15][16] Following this acquisition, Rep. Carolyn Maloney requested an investigation to determine whether the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) had followed correct processes to green-light sale of Sequoia to Smartmatic, which was described as having "possible ties to the Venezuelan government".[17] The request was made after a March 2006 following issues in Chicago and Cook County, where a percentage of the machines involved were manufactured by Sequoia, and Sequoia provided technical assistance, some by a number of Venezuelan nationals flown in for the event.[18] A WikiLeaks cable from July 10, 2006, discussed ownership:

“The Venezuelan-owned Smartmatic Corporation is a riddle both in ownership and operation, complicated by the fact that its machines have overseen several landslide (and contested) victories by President Hugo Chavez and his supporters. The electronic voting company went from a small technology startup to a market player in just a few years, catapulted by its participation in the August 2004 recall referendum. Smartmatic has claimed to be of U.S. origin, but its true owners — probably elite Venezuelans of several political strains — remain hidden behind a web of holding companies in the Netherlands and Barbados. The Smartmatic machines used in Venezuela are widely suspected of, though never proven conclusively to be, susceptible to fraud. The company is thought to be backing out of Venezuelan electoral events, focusing now on other parts of world, including the United States via its subsidiary, Sequoia.”[19]

Following the request, Smartmatic and Sequoia submitted a request to be reviewed by the CFIUS while also denying links to the Venezuelan government.[20] The company disclosed that it was owned by Antonio Mugica (78.8%), Alfredo Anzola (3.87%), Roger Pinate (8.47%), Jorge Massa Dustou (5.97%) and employees (2.89%).[21] Smartmatic subsequently sold Sequoia and later withdrew from Cook County in December 2006.[22]

The Wall Street Journal wrote that "Smartmatic scrapped a simple corporate structure" of being based in Boca Raton "for a far more complex arrangement" of being located in multiple locations following the Sequoia incident. Though Smartmatic has made differing statements saying that they were either American or Dutch based, the United States Department of State stated that its Venezuelan owners "remain hidden behind a web of holding companies in the Netherlands and Barbados". The New York Times states that "the role of the young Venezuelan engineers who founded Smartmatic has become less visible" and that its organization is "an elaborate web of offshore companies and foreign trusts", while BBC News states that though Smartmatic says the company was founded in the United States, "its roots are firmly anchored in (Venezuela)". Multiple sources simply state that Smartmatic is a Venezuelan company.[23] Smartmatic maintains that the holding companies in multiple countries are used for "tax efficiency".[24]

Dominion Election Systems

Dominion/Scorecard technology with Chinese components used in 28 states.[25]

Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company that sells voting hardware and software manufactured with Chinese components.[26] Dominion was founded in 2004 in Venezuela to rig elections for the dictator Hugo Chavez and later Nicolas Maduro. The software has been used by the CIA to rig elections in Eastern Europe. Dominion acquired the vote-switching software when it purchased Sequoia Voting Systems from Smartmatic,[27] Retired Admiral Peter Neffenger, who is on Joe Biden's alleged transition team, is on the board of directors of SmartMatic.[28]

All Dominion machines include a “weighted race feature” to fractionalize votes whose only purpose is to cheat in elections.[29] For example, the machine can be set to count a vote for Donald Trump as 0.7 of a vote while counting a vote for Joe Biden as 1.25 of a vote.[30]

As of 2020, the equipment is used in 30 states in the United States. In the 2020 Presidential election, Dominion Voting Systems deleted 2.7 million votes for incumbent President Donald Trump nationwide. Data analysis found the voting systems switched 221,000 votes in Pennsylvania from President Trump to his rival, Democrat challenge former Vice President Joe Biden. 941,000 Trump votes for President Trump were deleted. Other states using Dominion switched 435,000 votes from President Trump to Joe Biden, although liberals like to dispute it despite lots of evidence proving it did.[31] As suspicions arose Dominion shuttered their Toronto and Denver offices, refused to testify before a Pennsylvania House committee,[32] and at least 100 Dominion employees deleted their LinkedIn profiles.[33]

In 2016 Dominion Voting Systems Vice President of Engineering Eric Coomer was asked if it was possible to bypass election systems software and go directly to the data tables that manage systems running elections in Illinois. His response was, “Yes, if they have access.”[34]

Bypassing the election systems software means whoever has access can potentially manipulate the vote without many risks of detection. Coomer was asked who would have access to these data tables? Coomer replied, "Vendors, election officials, and others who need to be granted access."[35]

Citizen journalist Joee Altmann infiltrated Antifa Zoom chats in Denver in which Coomer participated in. Oltmann said,

"His Facebook account, he had posted the Antifa Manifesto a day after it's was posted by a major Antifa organization. So it's not like he waited and somewhere along the line somebody gave it to him. It was literally that day....I wanted to research everything that was out there, like anything, anything that he touched. And everywhere I ran into him having his fingers in it, like he was the one in Arizona that was actually pitching the project to the election Commission in Arizona in 2019. October 29th [2020] he was in Georgia as the expert witness in a lawsuit. He was in Georgia selling the product. He was in Georgia for the spokesperson. He was in Pennsylvania selling the product. He was in Pennsylvania meeting with county clerks. He was in Michigan installing the system. Like this is a guy that's not supposed to be involved in every minute detail of the organization. He is the Director of Strategy and Security. And there he is, everywhere you turn. He's everywhere."[36]

On a conference call with other members of Antifa Coomer is reported to have said:

“Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made f**king sure of that!”[37]

Vote switching technology

Dominion Voting Systems logo: Red ballots in, Blue ballots out.

Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney warned that the Democrats and the CIA have put in place a mechanism which can alter the voting results of electronic voting machines in key swing states (like Pennsylvania) that will determine the outcome of the election.[38]

This covert technology is called Operation Scorecard, and it was acquired by the CIA to surreptitiously steal elections in targeted countries. Now, that technology is being turned against the United States of America and will be activated on Election Day to steal the election for Biden.

After the closing of polls in Pennsylvania and other swing states, the voting machines will be intercepted and then altered using complex algorithms to alter the votes in a way that evades detection, handing a victory to the pre-designated “winner” (Joe Biden). A covert app called “Scorecard” steals votes by making sure Democrats always stay about 3% ahead of their Republican rivals. “Scorecard steals the elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points,” McInerney said.[39]

This explains why Joe Biden recently said, with great clarity, “We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” And why Biden told voters at a small rally that he didn't “need their vote” to become president, and why Nancy Pelosi said Biden will win no matter what the votes say on November 3, 2020.

This was confirmed by the documents released by Edward Snowden.[40]

According to McInerney, servers were seized in Frankfurt, Germany, where fraudulent votes were being cooked up for Joe Biden during and after the 2020 presidential election. The covert facility where these servers were being housed is run by the CIA, and it is where elections all over the world are monitored and “cooked” to produce predetermined outcomes.[41]

Days after it was revealed how 2020 US Elections were rigged by Canadian Crown Agent Dominion Voting Systems through a so-called “glitch”, GreatGameIndia found involvement of another dubious foreign company in US Election meddling. The votes cast by Americans were counted by a in Spain by a bankrupted Spanish company known as Scytl. Like Dominion Voting Systems, Scytl has a long history of election fraud in various nations including injecting backdoors in its election software. The issue has prompted experts to question why the sensitive job of counting votes was outsourced to a foreign company. How could a bankrupted Spanish company count American votes in Spain. Due to such widespread fraud, the Chairman of the US Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes that the 2020 US Presidential Elections is illegitimate.[42]

Fraudulent activity

At 2:30 AM EDT of the 4th of November 2020, TV broadcasts reported that Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada and Georgia decided to cease vote counting operations and would continue the following day. This unanimous decision to initially and intentionally stop counting by all five battleground states was unprecedented, and it demonstrates prior coordination by election officials in battleground states. This allowed for more time to manufacture fraudulent ballots.

One method to track fraudulent votes is to look closely at how many of the votes did little or no down-ticket voting. When manufacturing votes, it is too time-consuming to vote for other officeholders. Statistical analysis showed wild numbers of people who voted only for Joe Biden and didn't vote further down the ticket:[43]

  • Pennsylvania — 98,000
  • Georgia — 80–90,000
  • Arizona — 42,000
  • Michigan — 69–115,000
  • Wisconsin — 62,836

A standard voter fraud method, Benford's Law, flags these votes as suspect.[44]

Alleged turnout

Decreases in Latino Democratic Vote Support, 2016 - 2020.[45]

Turnout went from 139 million votes in 2016, to a reported record high of 160 million votes in 2020, a 12% increase overall. 2020 saw millions of alleged first-time voters, even though campaigns and civic engagement organizations were not able to run traditional registration, canvassing or get-out-the-vote operations due to the pandemic. Nationally, 14% of voters were allegedly first-time voters, who never voted in a previous even-year general election. 29% of alleged voters were new presidential voters in their state in 2020. Some of these voters registered and voted for the first time in 2018, others were brand-new in 2020 or moved from out of state. Turnover was especially large in Sunbelt battleground states.

Democratic support from Blacks dropped in 2020.[46] According to NBC News,

"Over half of Black men (52 percent) who identified as ideologically conservative cast their vote for the president, and 1 in 3 Black men living in the Midwest also voted for him....About 26 percent of Black men who had a high school diploma or less supported Trump. But 22 percent of Black men with bachelor’s degrees and 20 percent of Black men with advanced degrees also supported him.[47]
Fuzzy matching accounts for 1.8 million increase in turnout.

Democratic support in the densest urban areas peaked in 2016 and 2018 at 75%, and fell to 72% in 2020.[48][49] An analysis of the 2020 election by Richard Florida and Patrick Adler of the University of Toronto showed that Republicans continued to capture many more metropolitan areas, while the Democratic vote is concentrated in a smaller number of denser, coastal metros and college towns. Overall, Biden won considerably fewer metros than Trump, taking 41% of metropolitan areas, to 59% for Trump.[50]

Latino voting levels allegedly rose dramatically in 2020, with the number of Latino votes rising by more than 30% compared to 2016. Leftist election analysts found an 8-point drop in overall partisan support levels, going from 71% Democratic support in 2016, to 63% in 2020. The biggest drop in support for Democrats came in Cuban areas (13 points). Mexicans are the largest Latino subgroup in most states across the country, and highly Mexican areas also showed a drop (6 points), albeit smaller than Cuban areas. Puerto Rican, Dominican Republic, and areas with other dominant groups were in the middle (8-9 point drop), close to the national average.

Overall, 22% of Latino voters were allegedly first-time voters according to leftist election analysts. By contrast, just 14% of the national electorate was entirely new. A full 40% of Latino voters were allegedly new presidential voters, while the national number is 29% of the overall electorate.

Overall, Asian-American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) voters comprised 4% of the electorate, but the number of votes from this group allegedly increased a staggering 39% from 2016. AAPI voters delivered 67% of their vote share to the Biden-Harris ticket.

According to leftist demographic experts, Gen Z increased their alleged turnout from 2016 by nearly 300%, since many were under 18 and therefore ineligible in 2016.[51] These figures are derived using "fuzzy matching".[52] The Progressive demographic experts a Catalist write,

"In both Nevada and Arizona, about 20% of voters were true first-time voters, compared to 14% nationally. If we look at the overall turnover from the last presidential election to now, over 35% of the voting electorate is different in these two states, i.e., new presidential voters. Texas, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina all have new voter rates that are at or above the national average, too. Michigan’s rates are near the national average, but there appears to be less turnover in the other Midwest battleground states and New Hampshire.

The fact that new voting rates are higher in the South and West is fairly unsurprising, considering those states’ migration rates and demographics. But the magnitude of these changes is poorly understood: we don’t think many people realize that state-level turnover from one Presidential election to the next can be as high as 35% or more.1We think this has important and wide-ranging implications to election analysis, and deserves a great deal of further scrutiny and analysis. To give three prominent examples:

  1. Why are elections so stable from one Presidential election to the next? Battleground states are defined with a lot of emphasis on the last election result, and county-level election results are quite stable from one year to the next. How does this happen with this high level of turnover from one year to the next?
  2. How should this affect poll weighting, which is largely based on the composition of the electorate from four years prior? To be clear, it does not appear as though polling errors were larger in states with more turnover, and in our view this was not the main source of polling error in 2020.
  3. How does this affect strategic and tactical considerations for political campaigns and civic engagement organizations? Many practitioners and analysts think of election changes as occurring within a largely similar group of people from one election to the next. People understand that changes occur, with young voters coming into the mix, voter persuasion, differential turnout rates, and so on. But this standard mental model usually breaks out voters into separate categories: brand-new registrants, reactivating inactive voters, voters who first voted in the last midterm, and movers, for example. The implications of the total amount of election turnover are more rarely considered.

One important question that immediately follows this line of thinking is, how Democratic or Republican-leaning are these new voters, compared to returning voters? We have suggestive data to try to answer this question, but we want to strongly caution readers that we consider these results highly tentative.

According to our tentative estimates, new presidential voters supported Biden at substantially higher rates overall (56%) than 2016 voters who returned in 2020 (51%). This appears to be driven primarily by their demographic distribution. Consider the age breakdown shown above: there are few differences between 2016 voters and new presidential voters within each age group, but new voters skew much younger and more Democratic. On top of this, new voters were more racially diverse than returning 2016 voters, with 40% of Latino voters, and 42% of Asian voters being new presidential voters.[53]

Vote switching.

Democrat operative Kathy Boockvar, who simultaneously was serving as Pennsylvania Secretary of Commonwealth in charge of elections, told the United States Supreme Court on October 28, 2020, that ballots received after 8 p.m. on November 3, 2020, would be segregated, but she changed the rules on November 1 and directed counties to canvass those ballots as soon as possible upon receipt. In some counties, it is not possible to both segregate and canvass ballots as directed. This directive leaves open the possibility that timely votes will be commingled with votes received after 8 p.m. on Election Day, despite the fact that these votes remain the subject of litigation before the United States Supreme Court.

The department changed the rules again on November 2, 2020, when they provided last-second guidance directing counties to provide information to help voters whose mail-in or absentee ballots were incorrectly completed so those voters could vote on a provisional ballot. The late release of this “guidance” resulted in inconsistent application across the counties – some of whom contacted voters as directed and some who did not. There is no basis for this guidance in current law. The Secretary created this new process out of thin air.

At 8:38p.m. on Monday, November 2 – less than 12 hours before the polls were to open – the department issued an email to counties directing them to provide information to political party and candidate representatives regarding mail-in and absentee ballots which had been set aside because they failed to comply with the requirements of the Election Code in order to be counted, so that voters could come in and vote provisionally at the polls. The late release of this “guidance” resulted in inconsistent application across the counties, some of whom contacted voters as directed and some who did not; such differential treatment is wholly inappropriate and a direct result of Boockvar's scattershot approach to Pennsylvania’s elections.[54][55]

The Pennsylvania Appeals Court issued an order that said

“effective immediately … all candidates, watchers, or candidate representatives [shall] be permitted to be present for the canvassing process … and be permitted to observe all aspects of the canvassing process within 6 feet, while adhering to all COVID-19 protocols, including, wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.”[56]

Philadelphia Democrat election officials refused to comply with the order,[57][58] and the Democrat Sheriff, a Biden supporter, refused to enforce the Appeals Court order.[59]

The Trump campaign then filed a lawsuit in federal district court claiming that the Board of Elections is “nonetheless continuing to count ballots, without any observations by any representatives or poll watchers of President Trump and the Republican Party.”[60] The lawsuit claims that Trump campaign observers were denied access altogether in some instances in Philadelphia County. The county's elections board did not permit the Trump campaign's observers to be within 6 feet of “all aspects” of the pre-canvassing process in violation of Commonwealth Court Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon's November 5, 2020, order requiring that poll-watchers “be permitted to observe all aspects of the canvassing process within 6 feet.” The lawsuit states,

“It is estimated that 680,770 ballots were processed by the Allegheny and Philadelphia County Boards of Elections when no observation was allowed.”

115% of Pennsylvania registered Democrats voted for Biden. Biden received 1.24 to 1.43 times greater than either Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama in predominant Republican counties.[61]

Another way to track fraudulent votes is to look closely at how many of the votes did little or no down-ticket voting. When manufacturing votes, it is too time-consuming to vote for other officeholders.[62]

In a lawsuit against the Detroit Election Commission following the 2020 presidential election, election observers alleged:[63]

a.Defendants systematically processed and counted ballots from voters whose name failed to appear in either the Qualified Voter File (QVF) or in the supplemental sheets. When a voter’s name could not be found, the election worker assigned the ballot to a random name already in the QVF to a person who had not voted.

b.Defendants instructed election workers to not verify signatures on absentee ballots, to backdate absentee ballots, and to process such ballots regardless of their validity.

c.After election officials announced the last absentee ballots had been received, another batch of unsecured and unsealed ballots, without envelopes, arrived in trays at the TCF Center. There were tens of thousands of these absentee ballots, and apparently every ballot was counted and attributed only to Democratic candidates.

d.Defendants instructed election workers to process ballots that appeared after the election deadline and to falsely report that those ballots had been received prior to November 3, 2020 deadline.

e.Defendants systematically used false information to process ballots, such as using incorrect or false birthdays. Many times, the election workers inserted new names into the QVF after the election and recorded these new voters as having a birthdate of 1/1/1900.

f.On a daily basis leading up to the election, City of Detroit election workers and 4 Great Lakes Justice Center employees coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. These workers and employees encouraged voters to do a straight Democrat ballot. These election workers and employees went over to the voting booths with voters in order to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote.

g.Unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, not in sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody, and without envelopes.

h.Defendant election officials and workers refused to record challenges to their processes and removed challengers from the site if they politely voiced a challenge.

i.After poll challengers started discovering the fraud taking place at the TCF Center, Defendant election officials and workers locked credentialed challengers out of the counting room so they could not observe the process, during which time tens of thousands of ballots were processed.

j.Defendant election officials and workers allowed ballots to be duplicated by hand without allowing poll challengers to check if the duplication was accurate. In fact, election officials and workers repeatedly obstructed poll challengers from observing. Defendants permitted thousands of ballots to be filled out by hand and duplicated on-site without oversight from poll challengers.

On March 6, 2020, the Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, signed off on a secret legal agreement with the Democratic Party of Georgia, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to alter absentee ballot procedures in Georgia.[65] The Democrats’ attorney for this secret deal was Marc Elias from Perkins Coie,[66] the bagman for Hillary Clinton who hire FusionGPS to write the Steele dossier during the 2016 presidential election.

Raffensperger announced the state's purchase of a $106 million election system from Dominion Voting Systems in July 2019. In a lawsuit, which originated in 2017, critics contend that the new system was subject to many of the same security vulnerabilities as the one it was replacing.

In an October 11, 2020 order, just weeks prior to the 2020 presidential election, U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg agreed with the concerns associated with the new Dominion voting system, writing that the case presented “serious system security vulnerability and operational issues that may place Plaintiffs and other voters at risk of deprivation of their fundamental right to cast an effective vote that is accurately counted.”

“The Court’s Order has delved deep into the true risks posed by the new BMD voting system as well as its manner of implementation. These risks are neither hypothetical nor remote under the current circumstances,” Judge Totenberg wrote in her order.

Smoking gun video

Shaya Moss, the Fulton County Georgia supervisor of registration, allegedly stuffed the ballot box with tens of thousands of votes for Joe Biden on the night of November 3, 2020 and in the early morning hours after.[67]

Originally when the mainstream media reported it at the time, a water main pipe allegedly burst, forcing the evacuation of the room where mail-in and absentee ballots were counted in the State Farm Arena. However, these fake news reports also claimed that no ballots were damaged.[68]

Republican election observers were forced from the room. Employees were told ballot counting ceased for the night and would resume at 8:00 AM. Four workers remained behind. Within minutes after everyone's departure, surveillance camera's revealed the workers unloading tens of thousands of ballots secreted away beneath draped tables The workers began furiously running the ballots through tabulation machines.

A voter fraud hearing in Georgia features explosive allegations of ballot stuffing. The witness said that after the observers left, the remaining workers "move[d] into action and began scanning ballots." This was allegedly not under any observation other than the surveillance cameras.[69]

Turnout exceeded registered voters in some Milwaukee precincts by 200%.

Theredelephants reports in Wisconsin, voter turnout matched the record high of 2004. The Wisconsin Elections Commission uses the estimated voting age population as the denominator when calculating statewide voter turnout numbers. According to the Elections Commission, there was a 73 percent turnout in this Wisconsin election.

Turnout was 67 percent in 2016; 70 percent in 2012; 69 percent in 2008; and 73 percent in 2004. Apparently Joe Biden smashed Barack Obama’s 2008 turnout in most places in the country.

In both Michigan and Wisconsin, several vote dumps occurred at approximately 4am on Wednesday morning November 4, 2020 which showed that Joe Biden received almost 100 percent of the votes. President Trump was leading by hundreds of thousands of votes in both states as America went to sleep, and turnout in the state of Wisconsin seems to be particularly impossible.

In Wisconsin on election day before the polls opened, Republicans led Mail-in Ballots requested 43% to 35%, and Mail-in and early in-person ballots returned 43% to 35%. Almost ALL of the ballots found, while most in the country were sleeping, after they officials stated they would stop counting, were for Joe Biden.

Some statistically savvy observers noticed other mathematical flaws, as random numbers in statistics should follow a pattern in their distribution. If the numbers are falsified, it is easy to detect.

Biden had 49,000 votes posted on the City of Milwaukee website as of 4 AM Wednesday and 194,000 votes as of 3 PM Wednesday.[70] 102 wards added more than 500 votes, 16 added more than 1000. State margin 20k [71][72]

The increase in Democrats relative to Republicans was significantly higher when the Democrat was doing worse overall in early counting. Within each ward, late votes broke heavily to the Democrat in exactly the races where they are likely to affect the result.

Election interference

The alleged Biden victory margin in Nevada is 33,596 votes yet the number of ballots in question is more than three times that. In Arizona, which has the narrowest alleged Biden victory margin at 10,457 votes, there are nearly 10 times that number of possible illegal ballots; and the ratio of the alleged Biden vote lead to possible illegal ballots is even higher for Georgia.[74]

Di Dongsheng, a vice-dean at the School of International Relations at Renmin University in Beijing, made public statements before a large audience on November 28, 2020:

"We know that the Trump administration is in a trade war with us, so why can’t we fix the Trump administration? Why did China and the US used to be able to settle all kinds of issues between 1992 and 2016?" he asked. "I’m going to throw out something maybe a little bit explosive here. It’s just because we have people at the top. We have our old friends who are at the top of America’s core inner circle of power and influence."

"During the US-China trade war, Wall Street tried to help, and I know that my friends on the US side told me that they tried to help, but they couldn’t do much. But now we’re seeing Biden was elected, the traditional elite, the political elite, the establishment, they’re very close to Wall Street, so you see that, right?"

"Trump has been saying that Biden’s son has some sort of global foundation. Have you noticed that? Who helped [Hunter] build the foundations? Got it? There are a lot of deals inside all these."[75][76][77]

Executive Order 13848

On September 12, 2018, by President Donald J. Trump signed Executive Order 13848 entitled, “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.”[78]

In that executive order President Trump declared a national emergency and the 2020 presidential election was conducted under this state of emergency. The order states that people and organizations located, in part, outside the United States are known to be able to,
“interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation.” The EO further states that this foreign interference in U.S. elections, “constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.”

On August 26, 2020, Deputy Attorney General Jeff Rosen delivered remarks at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C.:

As President Trump put it in Executive Order 13848: “In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity...” ...While the tools of malign influence have proliferated, foreign governments such as Russia and China have also become more sophisticated and more bold. ...As to boldness, as the FBI Director has recently pointed out, the PRC has been “engaged in a highly sophisticated malign foreign influence campaign,” using bribery, blackmail, and other malign tactics to influence our year-round policymaking, which certainly has implications for our elections. Beijing’s corrupt methods are not always as blatant as its illegal campaign financing was in 1996; PRC tactics are more subtly pernicious and complex. Beijing, for example, works relentlessly to co-opt seemingly independent middlemen who can influence members of Congress on a host of policies....

I want to touch briefly on the current threat landscape as we head toward Election Day. ...As the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) recently made public on August 7 [2020], some foreign governments have preferences about our election — and have taken or planned malign activities in support of their preferences — including efforts by China and Iran to undermine President Trump and his Administration’s policies...[79]

On December 8, 2020, Democrat member of the House Intelligence Committee Eric Swalwell was exposed as a Chinese asset.[80] Swalwell had promoted the Chinese Communist Party line for years during the Russia collusion conspiracy theory and impeachment sham that Russia, not China, was the biggest threat to American sovereignty, independence, and democracy.

Between May 1, 2020, and October 31, 2020, the Chinese Communist Party paid $1,027,254.12 to the Los Angeles Times, Bay Area Production Services, LLC (San Francisco), The Seattle Times, Chicago Tribune, Walton Press, Inc. (Atlanta), FNP Printing & Publishing (Washington D.C.), Stellar Printing, Inc. (New York City), The Houston Chronicle, The Boston Globe, Hawaii Hochi Ltd. and Sun Sentinel Company (Miami) to print the China Daily newspaper in the United States.[81]

The Chinese communist party also paid $749,006.69 to The Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, Foreign Policy and the Financial Times for advertisement slots in their publications, including full articles written by China Daily/the Chinese Communist Party.

In total, the Chinese communist party spent nearly $4.5 million on its propaganda in the US through the China Daily newspaper alone. The data was published on the US Department of Justice its FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act) website.[82]

Isaac Stanley-Becker of Washington Post wrote in May 2020,[83]

A new Democratic-aligned political action committee advised by retired Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal, the former head of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, is planning to deploy technology originally developed to counter Islamic State propaganda in service of a domestic political goal – to combat online efforts to promote President Donald Trump's handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

The group, Defeat Disinfo, will use artificial intelligence and network analysis to map discussion of the president's claims on social media. It will seek to intervene by identifying the most popular counter-narratives and boosting them through a network of more than 3.4 million influencers across the country – in some cases paying users with large followings to take sides against the president.

The initiative reflects fears within the Democratic Party that Trump's unwavering digital army may help sustain him through the pandemic, as it has through past controversies...The initiative is run by Curtis Hougland, whose received initial funding for the technology from DARPA, the Pentagon's research arm, as part of an effort to combat extremism overseas. He insists Democrats are ill-prepared for the looming battle over information and attention, which is bound to play an outsize role in November.

McChrystal said his interest in the PAC is about ensuring the accuracy of information leading up to the election, even if it involves chasing viral attention with emotional appeals and other tactics rewarded by online clicks.

Hougland's PAC differs from more traditional Democratic-aligned PACs, such as Priorities USA and American Bridge 21st Century, in embracing the practice of paying influencers to convey their messaging. The approach raised eyebrows and prompted tech companies to clarify their rules when it was put into practice by the Michael Bloomberg 2020 presidential campaign. "I have no trepidation about paying content creators in seeking out and amplifying the best narratives," Hougland said.

McCrystal ran a Democrat funded operation against President Trump during the 2020 presidential election.

Stephanie Berger, a former national finance director for the Democratic National Committee, is raising funds for the initiative, which is an extension of Hougland's technology company, Main Street One. Andrew Tobias, a former DNC treasurer, was an earlier investor in the start-up. Main Street One's leaders were previously involved in cultivating digital narratives in Eastern European Color Revolutions and have now waded into American politics. The organization ran a campaign that paid influencers to boost Kentucky Democrats before the gubernatorial election last fall. A super PAC supporting Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey in his bid for the Democratic nomination paid Main Street One more than $500,000 for similar services in 2019.

Hougland said his aim is to maintain the "largest repository of content against Trump," and to be nimble in boosting organic material that is already performing well, such as videos produced by the Biden campaign.

A similar effort was brought to light after the 2018 Midterm elections, including the creation of fake accounts to sway the 2017 Senate election in Alabama against Roy Moore. Joe Trippi, a Democratic operative who helped manage the 2017 Senate campaign in Alabama, said the president is partially insulated from the fallout over his own remarks by a "media echo chamber that is very disciplined about just picking up whatever the misdirection of the day is and amplifying it." That protective armor makes it all the more critical for Democrats to turn up the volume on anti-Trump messaging, he said.

On September 29, 2020, the Biden campaign paid Neustar, the cyber firm that hacked the Trump White House, $18,819, FEC records show.[84] Neustar is at the center of Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe. According to Durham, Neustar’s chief technology officer, Rodney Joffe, accessed sensitive web traffic data that the company maintained on behalf of the White House executive office in order to collect "derogatory" information about Donald Trump. Joffe allegedly provided the information to Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, who in turn gave it to the CIA during a meeting in February 2017.[85]

Big Tech election interference

Twitter imposed new dracoian censorship measures aimed at conservative users in October 2020.[86] One example is labeling criticism of mail-in balloting as "misinformation". James Woods commented the new labeling is clear:

Jack Dorsey.
“They are closing down conservative voices completely now. Be prepared that you will no longer be able to see most of my communications, if indeed my account remains open at all. Sorry, folks, but it’s over. And they couldn’t care less what you think. This is the face of tyranny.”[87]

For first time in American history social media companies took direct action against a major U.S. publisher,[88] The New York Post when it published a story on Biden-Burisma scandal.[89] The Post is among the top five newspapers by circulation in the United States. These actions raised serious questions about many social media platforms future Section 230 immunity status.

Twitter and Facebook illegally interfered in the 2020 presidential election by blocking links to the article.[90][91] Twitter and Facebook both have many foreign stockholders.[92] Twitter illegally banned people who posted The New York Post story,[93] including White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany for sharing the article,[94] and illegally locked the Trump Campaign account less than three weeks before the 2020 Presidential election.[95] Rep. Jim Jordan posted the Biden-Burisma story on a federal government website after Twitter censored the House Judiciary GOP, at which point the link was promptly censored by Twitter.[96] Wikipedia editors censored the Hunter Biden bombshell, and baselessly called the New York Post an "unreliable" source.[97] Google also was reported to be illegally meddling in U.S. Senate elections.[98] The Senate Judiciary Committee announced that Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey would be subpoenaed to explain the meddling.[99] Former James Comey general counsel James A. Baker (DOJ), who was complicit in the Obamagate and FISA abuse scandals, is Twitter's lead counsel.[100] The RNC made a formal complaint to the Federal Elections Commission which reads in part,

"Respondent’s feud with President Trump is well known, as are its frequent efforts to censor the President’s tweets and the “shadow banning” of prominent Republicans, including RNC’s Chair, Ronna McDaniel, and several Republican Members of Congress. Respondent’s CEO, Jack Dorsey, and other senior executives are prolific donors to the Democrat party and other left-wing causes, with 98.7% of the company’s total political contributions going to Democrats. In addition, there appears to be a revolving door between the Biden campaign and the company, with Respondent’s Public Policy Director recently leaving to join the Biden transition team and Senator Kamala Harris’s former Press Secretary now serving as Respondent’s Senior Communications Manager."[101]

By "fact checking" one candidate and not another, Big Tech gave an enormous in-kind campaign contribution of immeasurable monetary value to the Biden campaign.

Facebook kill switch

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg: openly complicit in the Marxist coup plot to subvert American's constitutional rights.

In August 2020 it was reported that Facebook was planning for the possibility that President Trump or his campaign could try to challenge mail in ballot election results. The New York Times reported that staffers were already putting together contingency plans in the event Trump tries to use Facebook to dispute the vote by declaring the U.S. Postal Service lost mail-in ballots or that other groups interfered with the vote. Facebook officials, including CEO Mark Zuckerberg, were holding daily meetings to discuss how to minimize the platform from being used to cast doubts on the results.

The Times noted that one plan would include a “kill switch” to shut down political ads after Election Day. The company officials believe the ads, which Facebook does not check for truthfulness, could be used to disseminate misinformation.

The newspaper said YouTube and Twitter also discussed their own plans if the post-election period becomes problematic.[102] Facebook banned political pages in an attempt to influence elections.[103]

While mainstream fake news media spins baseless October Surprise scandals and smears in the final week, Facebook banned President Trump from responding.[104]

The Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) is a group organized by Obama operatives and funded by Zuckerberg to promote Democrat election fraud.[105][106] Zuckerberg funneled more than $400 million in election fraud efforts, $350 million was siphoned through the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL),

CTCL distributed hundreds of millions in “Zuckerbucks” to thousands of election jurisdictions in 48 states and Washington, D.C.. These funds were pitched as “COVID-19 response grants” supposedly intended to assist election officials in the safe conduct of elections. However, the infusion of CTCL funds into Democrat-leaning jurisdictions influenced the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. Much of the Zuckerbucks were not spent on COVID-19 related expenses—with states reporting expenditures on advertising, vehicle purchases, registering teenagers to vote, and other non- COVID-related items.

The pivotal state of Georgia was one of the biggest targets of these funds, ultimately receiving one of the largest allocations of CTCL funds in the nation.[107]

Emails and documents obtained by the Wisconsin Spotlight allege that individuals affiliated with CTCL took control of election procedures, including giving left-wing advisers “access to boxes of absentee ballots before the election.”[108]

Zuckerberg money to CTCL was laundered through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) controlled by Zuckerberg and his wife. Chan Zuckerberg also gave $433,000 to Ralph Baric,[109] who was described by Shi Zhengli of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) as her “longtime collaborator” on gain-of-function research on the bat coronavirus.[110] Baric also received funding from Anthony Fauci's National Institute of Health (NIH). Fauci admitted that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg offered him “resources and money” at the time same Zuckerberg was plowing cash into interfering in the 2020 presidential election on behalf of Democrats.[111]

Biden junta

As of November 2020 Peter Neffenger was chairman of the corrupt ballot-stuffing and election-rigging SmartMatic corporation.[112] Neffenger was appointed to the Biden junta organizational team.[113]

Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, with 35 years experience performing technical assessment, mathematical modeling, cyber-attack pattern analysis, and security counterintelligence linked to foreign intelligence service operators, including China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia and who has worked as a consultant and subject-matter expert supporting the Department of Defense, FBI and US Intelligence Community (USIC) agencies such as the DIA, CIA, NSA, NGA [National Geospatial Agency], and the DHS I&A [Office of Intelligence and Analysis] supporting counterintelligence, and law enforcement investigations and whom the New York Times describes as the "always the smartest person in the room,[114] testified under oath Smartmatic and its role in the 2020 Presidential election thusly:

Scene from the Biden inauguration. The American people were excluded from what traditionally has been a public event.[115]
"In my expert opinion, the DVS [ Dominion Voting Systems ] Democracy Suite, Scytl/SOE Software/eClarity and Smartmatic have not produced auditable results in the 2020 election. It is evident that ballots were not properly validated, system records were not kept, and the system experience considerable instability even several days prior to November 4, 2020 that require DVS to implement software changes at the last minute. In addition, the disparity in data distribution after 4:30 AM on November 4, 2020 indicates significant systemic anomalies that were widespread among all battleground states. The evidence is both extensive and persuasive and indicates large-scale fraud by remote operators.

"I conclude that a combination of lost cryptographic key contained on stolen USB memory cards, serious exploitable system and software vulnerabilities and operating system backdoor in DVS, Scytl, SOE Software/eClarity and Smartmatic created the perfect environment to commit widesprea

Insurrection Act

Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney.[116]

Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney warned that the Democrats and the CIA have put in place a mechanism which can alter the voting results of electronic voting machines in key swing states (like Pennsylvania) that will determine the outcome of the election.[117]

This covert technology is called Operation Scorecard, and it was built by the CIA to surreptitiously steal elections in targeted countries.

“Scorecard steals the elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points,” McInerney said.[118]

This explains why Joe Biden recently said, with great clarity, “We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” And why Biden told voters at a small rally that he didn't “need their vote” to become president, and why Nancy Pelosi said Biden will win no matter what the votes say on November 3. This was confirmed by the documents released by Edward Snowden.[119]

On November 30, 2020, Gen. McInerney urged President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act.[120]

On May 12, 2021, a group of more than 120 retired senior military officers wrote to Biden expressing doubts about his mental health, also pointing out in their letter that they agree with the abundant evidence showing vote fraud by the Democrats in the 2020 election.[121] The officers also chastized the FBI and the Supreme Court for ignoring all of the evidence of that fraud.

Foreign collusion

Di Dongsheng, a vice-dean at the School of International Relations at Renmin University in Beijing, made public statements before a large audience on November 28, 2020:

Real time capture of Communist Chinese cyberattack on selected U.S. counties.

"Trump has been saying that Biden’s son has some sort of global foundation. Have you noticed that? Who helped [Hunter] build the foundations? Got it? There are a lot of deals inside all these."[122][123][124]

Dominion voting system is a Canadian owned company with global subsidiaries. It is owned by Staple Street Capital which is in turn owned by UBS Securities LLC, of which 3 out of their 7 board members are Chinese nationals. The Dominion software is licensed from Smartmatic which is a Venezuelan owned and controlled company. Dominion Server locations have been determined to be in Serbia, Canada, the US, Spain and Germany.

Media reaction post-election

After Election Day and as reports on election abnormalities came in, media outlets on the left and center universally claimed there was no widespread election fraud that could change the outcome, while those traditionally considered lean-right and on the right are split. Social media controlled by liberals actively censored claims of election fraud.

Washington Examiner initially thinks "Trump has a right to fight in court but should ditch his irresponsible rhetoric" on November 7, 2020.[125] Two weeks later, it changed its tone and advocated "(i)t's time for Trump to concede and move on" because "(n)o fraud or error produced tens of thousands of additional votes for Biden in battleground states", citing the result of a Georgia hand-recount as the sole support.[126] It reiterated a month later, after Supreme Court's refusal to hear Texas v. Pennsylvania and disputed states certified their results, that "(t)he electors have spoken, and Republicans must accept that Joe Biden won".[127] It eventually condemned that "Trump and his mob have dishonored America" after the 2021 Capitol protests.[128]
